Something Important

  Arabelle woke up with a smile on her face. She looked at the empty side of the bed but then quickly turned away again. Ever since Asher had returned home yesterday, the house still felt the same as if he wasn't around. He had spent most of his time in the study since he had come back home.

  She went into the bathroom, had her bath and wore some casual clothes. On getting downstairs, she was surprised by what she saw. She met different rack of clothes, some makeup products and some sets of designer bag and shoes. There were also several people in the living room and Asher sat in the middle of the whole chaos, still looking as peaceful and as calm as a painting.

"What is going on?" Arabelle asked as she walked towards Asher. She plopped down on the couch next to him, propping her hand against her chin.
