" while she said all this, Adrian couldn't help but think she added lies to some of the things she said about his biological Father. He wasn't sure but his instincts told him not to believe everything she just divulged to him.

" The only one who has the power to easily annihilate the ancient demons is the wielder of the unique pneuma " she stated while she stared at the latter with a light smirk on her face...

" you see... The demons have been trying to take total control over the Asnah realm for a long time now "

"Why don't you have some " she offered as she stretched her hands towards the delicious-looking snacks positioned on the transparent glass table alongside the white tray with four golden tea cups sitting on it with a white teapot at the center. The snacks looked so tempting and the aroma of the tea alone would intrigue one's urge to want to taste. Adrian who had never seen such in his life craved those, he wanted to devour it all in an instant but his instincts got in the way. He doesn't trust the woman to that extent...he has a strange feeling about her.

" No I'm full already " he replied while maintaining his expressionless face. He hadn't even noticed the presence of the snacks and tea on the table while conversing with the woman. " you eat human food? " he added trying to divert the topic.

" oh, you don't get hungry? "
