Wage a war ll

Leader Chang stayed in his dojo, Li Jie suddenly walked in and joined him in meditating. leader Chang chuckled lightly.

"It seems to me you're getting better."

Li Jie nodded to his words. "I am, I just have to endure the torture I face at night."

Leader Chang looked ahead. "What brings you here?"

Li Jie cleared his throat "Well, I was thinking if I could head out for a little while."

leader Chang still kept his eyes closed. "Well then, I certainly can't stop you."

Li Jie wasn't expecting such reply and was a bit stunned. It's unlike leader Chang to agree so readily.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

Li Jie got to his feet and bowed at him. "Thank you leader Chang."

He walked out, leader Chang shook his head with a smile and continued his meditation.

Mei jingjing was still restless not untill her door burst opened and the angry Weng Lie stormed in frightening Mei jingjing, she took a step back at his sudden entrance.

"Get ready, we're leaving for Bixia." he said.

Mei jingjing didn't want him to know she had a clue about his reasons for going there so she acted reluctant.

"Why do you want to take me there, I don't want to go anywhere with you!"

weng Lie was already enraged and her words were only making it worse.

"You will do as I tell you to got that?!, start packing!"

Weng Lie had his own reasons for taking Mei jingjing with, if Li Jie happens to be alive and at Bixia, he's going to lure him out using Mei jingjing as bait.

Mei jingjing on the other hand thought it was a great idea to go with him, that way, she can easily get to Bixia and find leader Chang, he might be able to help her find master Li Jie.

Mei jingjing didn't say a word and slowly arranged her bags, weng Lie walked out, Mei jingjing smiled as she arranged her bags, her Li Jie is alive, her smile suddenly faded, if he's been alive, why didn't he come to see her?, didn't he know how worried she's been about him, she wiped her tears away and smiled, it doesn't matter, she'll definitely give him an earful once she see's him. The thought brought a sudden warmth in her.

Li Jie stepped out of leader Chang's home with Chyou fen by his side, they took a walk around the Bixia town, All eyes happened to fall on Li Jie, he looked so handsome the girls stared in awe, his golden eyes staring ahead as he kept his face pockered as usual, his long dark hair flowing against his back, some even made seductive glances at him but he ignored them, Chyou fen chuckled holding unto her Small basket.

"Guardian angel, you seem to be the center of attention right now." she teased.

Li Jie averted his gaze at her and smiled but said nothing, no other woman meant anything to him except his wife, she's the only one who his heart keeps beating for, she's the reason he's still alive, so he can be with her again but that can only be done once he takes his revenge on weng Lie.

Li Jie bought some snacks for Chyou fen and they kept Zhang Wei's share in the basket.

"No fair!, Zhang Wei's is much fuller than mine!" she pouted stubbornly at Li Jie.

"That's because he's been practicing, you haven't practiced in a while and it's not going to help you."

She eyelids lowered giving her a sad expression, Li Jie crouched down to her level.

"I'll tell you what, from tomorrow you have to start practicing, then I'll get you lots of gifts after each practice, is that better?"

Chyou fen's blue eyes lit up at his words. "Of course guardian angel, I'll practice hard from now on, so i can get lot's of gifts." she exclaimed making Li Jie chuckle.

"That's why you're my princess."

Chyou fen looked confused. "Isn't your wife the princess?"

"Who says I can't have two princesses?"

They both smiled, she noticed some guards heading towards their direction.

"Guardian angel, who are those?" she asked. Li Jie glanced at the direction she pointed, he tensed up at the sight of Lijiang guards, they're here?, for what reasons exactly?!, he grabbed Chyou fen's hand and they both hid in a corner, she tried to speak but he shhhed her up, she remained quiet, Lijiang guards walked by with a silly grin.

"Those ladies sure put on quite a show." one of the guards said.

"Well, we need to remain focus, we've been here for two days but no sign of Master Li Jie yet."

Li Jie's eyes grew wider at their words, they are in the search for him, how was it possible they came to know about his hiding spot?.

"I'm telling you, master Li Jie isn't alive anymore, he's gone forever, those were just dumb rumours." said one of the guards who wasn't willing to accept the existence of master Li Jie, it's not possible to survive such blast at all.

"We'll know the answer to that when Weng Lie shows up in Bixia by tomorrow."

"Yes, he's going to use Mei jingjing as bait to lure him out."

Li Jie's face darkened, using his wife as bait?!, now that is just low. weng Lie was never a brother but a demon and he's going to cut him in pieces.

"Let's go now." they walked off.

Li Jie stepped out of his hiding spot, Chyou fen trailing behind, she had a worried look on her face.

"Is the princess alright?" she asked with concern, Li Jie forced a smile and nodded at her words.

"She is, our princess is actually strong and she'll be fine." he assured her but wasn't sure if it worked for him, Mei jingjing, I hope you're safe.

Daiyu felt nervous about the sudden trip, what if he finds Li Jie in Bixia?, she paced around her room, Mei jingjing walked in startling Daiyu.

"Mei jingjing?, you scared me."

Mei jingjing smiled at her. "Sorry, I was wondering if you heard already."

"Heard what?"

"Master Li Jie is alive." she exclaimed, Daiyu tensed up at Mei jingjing's words, she knows about it too?!.

"H... how did you know?!"

"I heard Weng Lie talking about it, it's a perfect chance to escape from him."

Daiyu smiled looking nervous. This isn't going to end well.
