Mei jingjing tossed a stone at one of the beasts, it got him annoyed he glanced at the beast beside him.

"Why did you do that?!"

"Do what?" the beast asked also getting annoyed.

"Who keeps trying to pick on me?!"

The two remaining beasts exchanged glances and sighed.

"Let's get a new guard here or else we'll be in trouble again."

The three guards walked out, Mei jingjing smiled and got out of her hiding spot, Haorang smiled.

"How did you know that princess?"

Mei jingjing smiled. "I have my ways, come on."

They got into the dungeon, it was filled with the people of Lijiang locked up in the dark and scary cell, some were badly wounded, some had fallen sick already while some of them had lost all hope but the sight of Mei jingjing brought a little bit of hope for them.

"Princess Mei jingjing." the people of Lijiang whispered her name wondering how she got in, Mei jingjing's eyes searched for the Queen, she finally spotted her at one of the cells looking grief stricken as she stared at the ceiling, Mei jingjing wondered how she must have felt seeing her son turning to a betrayal, she stopped herself from crying, she has to stay strong, she hurried to the Queen's cell.

"My Queen." she whispered her name, the Queen was completely spaced out looking into the lonely space, her eyes slowly darted towards Mei jingjing who crouched next to her cell and calling out to her, only then did she realize Mei jingjing was in her cell.

"Mei jingjing." tears dropped from her eyes as she mentioned Mei jingjing's name, Mei jingjing was also at the verge of tears as she held tightly unto the iron steel.

"My Queen."

She hurried over to Mei jingjing. "You... you're here?, What about my son? is he alright, why isn't he with you?"

"He's fine." Mei jingjing said reassuringly to calm her down. "He went to get Chao Xua, he'll be here soon but I need to get all of you out of here."

The Queen shook her head. "No, I have to speak with weng Lie, he doesn't want to listen to me, I need to make him understand." her voice was shakened by the whole situation.

Mei jingjing held unto her hands warmly. "We've tried to talk to him but he doesn't want to listen to either one of us. We have to get all of you out of here for now."

Haorang was already searching for the key when a fire blast was suddenly sent his way, he managed to get out of the way making it crash unto the wall, Mei jingjing gasped at the sudden blast only to see Daiyu resting her back on the door blowing off a fire that ignited from her fingers, she smirked at Mei jingjing.

"We meet again princess."

The Queen gasped and freed Mei jingjing's hand from hers.

"You need to get out now, this won't help."

Mei jingjing glared at Daiyu and got to her feet, the prisoners shrinked away from them, Mei jingjing walked up to her.

"Daiyu."

They were both standing in front of each other. "I told you to get prepared remember?"

Mei jingjing glanced at Haorang. "Hand me your sword." she said to him, he was shocked by her words.

"but...."

"It's an order Haorang." she said, he had no choice but to hand her his sword.

Daiyu chuckled. "Really Mei jingjing?, it's clear you haven't used a sword before, have you even killed a person in your life?"

Mei jingjing took a deep breath and her grip on the sword tightened.

"Well, there's always a first time for everything."

Daiyu made a sword from her fire and was also prepared for a battle.

"Let me take care of this." Haorang said hoping to convince her but she ignored him.

"No Haorang, this isn't all about saving everyone, this fight goes deeper than that, let me fight my fight."

Daiyu rolled her eyes, the Queen held unto the iron. "Don't you dare hurt her!" she raged at Daiyu.

Daiyu was angered by their concern for Mei jingjing.

"I'm tired of this, let's end this already." she charged at Mei jingjing who wasn't ready yet but she luckily blocked the hit with her sword, she hasn't used a sword before so it was quite hard for her to keep up, each defense hurt Mei jingjing's hand but she still held unto the sword, how did Li Jie and his guards survive this.

"Be careful Mei jingjing." Queen Jiaying said worriedly as all the prisoners watched the fight stunned by it.

Mei jingjing got out of the way as a fire blast was sent to her direction, Daiyu got frustrated each time she missed the hit, why won't she die already?!, she launched at Mei jingjing who tried her best to keep up with the fight, Daiyu snatched her sword from her and pointed it at her face, Mei jingjing gasped feeling cornered.

Daiyu had a smirk on her face. "You're down Mei jingjing, what will you do about it?"

Mei jingjing glared at her, Daiyu never expected Mei jingjing to hold into the blade of the sword wounding herself.

The Queen gasped at the sight, so did Haorang.

"Princess!"

Mei jingjing pulled it forward pulling Daiyu down to her and elbowed her straight in the face, she fell to the ground due to the impact, she touched her lips staring at the blood in her hands, she's injured, she licked her lips and got to her feet, Mei jingjing held the sword in her hands now, enduring the pain she felt In her hand.

"You were saying?"

Daiyu smirked. "Nice move."

"Thank you, just a few tricks master Li Jie taught me."

She frowned. "Doesn't matter." she charged at Mei jingjing again.

Li Jie was also facing three seal beasts, they were super powerful and he tried his best to block their hits, the clouds were gathering even more now darkening the sky. Chaoxiang smiled cunningly.

"The clouds gathering already, Time is ticking."

Li Jie glanced out at the clouds, the sky had darkened and little lightning crackled in the sky, time's running out, no more playing games.

His eyes lit up and he held the beast's in a force he himself couldn't recognize, the beasts couldn't move like their bodies where glued to the floor.

Li Jie tried to focus his powers and stared at them.

"Stay." he whispered and they froze, Chaoxiang glared at him.

Li Jie ignored them and left the room, seems like his seal's power just upgraded more of a cultivation process.

Mei jingjing and Daiyu could hear the sound of lightning outside, they both froze.

"What was that?" Mei jingjing asked, they both stopped fighting and ran out of the place, while Haorang freed everyone from the cells, they all glanced out through the window and noticed the dark clouds in the sky, Mei jingjing felt her heart stop, the clouds here already?!.

Li Jie also gazed out, before it comes for him, he has to find Chao Xua and the last seal.
