Mistake

Amber woke up to light shining through the bedroom room. She stretched her hand over head when she yawned but then felt something heavy on her stomach.

Her eyes widened as she slowly glanced to her left, almost rolling off the bed when she saw Arsan's leg on her stomach, his face in her hair. She covered her mouth, 'Oh no, what did I do?' She looked under the blanket and saw that he was shirtless, immediately looking up at the ceiling and held the cover close to her chest.

She thought back to what happened. She had a fight with Arvieon and ended up drunk in Arsan's room. She brushed her thumb across her lips, 'And I kissed him.' She knew she was sober enough last night, but she still acted on impulse. She shouldn't have kissed him.

Because that means she was going to disappoint him.

'I was just angry at the time.' She had made a mistake. She never intended to ever hurt Arveion or Arsan either. She massaged her temples, 'I messed up.'
