After the interview, Grayson and Ari headed back to the castle, along with the rest of the Royal Family. Grayson wrapped his arm around Ari, who was leaning against him.

“So, do you think the interview did any good?” Ari asked, looking up at him with innocent eyes.

Grayson sighed. He didn’t want to lie to her, but he didn’t want her to worry unnecessarily, either. “I’m not sure. But at least the truth is out there. The public can’t fault us for that. I just hope it satisfies the people. The one thing we don’t need is a Civil War.”

“Well, let’s just hope it doesn’t come down to that,” Ari replied. “I think it went well. I just hope that Marcus doesn’t do anything stupid.”

Grayson smirked. “That’s a lot to ask,” he said, his voice filled with sarcasm.

Ari yawned when they pulled up in front of the castle a little while later.

“Tired?” Grayson asked her.

Ari nodded. “Just a little, but I’m fine.”
