“Considering the size of our inventory of such properties,” Ken said, “I wouldn’t worry too much about that.”
“Nevertheless, we’re careful to dot our I’s and cross our T’s,” Mickey said.
“Do your tenants bother you a lot with telephone calls at odd times?” Angela said.
“They’d have to find us first,” Mickey said. “We set up a couple of holding companies to prevent that from happening.”
“How do you manage all those properties?” she said.
“We know a couple that owns a great deal of rental property,” Mickey said. “They referred us to a good rental agent.”
“Yeah, my little brother is spending the night with their little boy tonight,” Chris said. “If you ever need a contact in the sheriff’s office, our friend George is the man. He’s the youngest captain ever appointed by the sheriff, and before that, he was the youngest lieutenant. He was also the first outofficer in that department for a few years.”
