"Calm down, Scott only knew I went out. He doesn't know where or what for. I can't mess this up for myself."

At that thought, Kairi took a deep breath to calm herself down and whispered, "I went out to buy something."

"What should be the punishment now that you went out to buy stuff without permission during working hours?"

Kairi moved her lips and wanted to say something.

Darien glanced at her and explained, "It's a rule in Granite Limited that you can't leave the company without permission during working hours. You must first obtain approval from your manager. In this case, Kairi, your manager is Mr. Mccarthy. You didn't get his approval and yet you left the company on your own accord. As a warning, your salary for this month will be deducted."
