Joan Edwin frowned, pursing her lips, "Laugh, what are you laughing at?"
She glanced at Caroline Edwin with a feigned look of disgust, suppressing her concern and mocking, "Couldn't make it in the entertainment industry, so you came back to school to waste time and inherit the family business."
"Don't expect me to manage this huge family business later on, slaving away so that you can just enjoy the profits."
She used to be so smart, but ever since she entered the entertainment industry, she seemed to be getting dumber and dumber.
Feeling annoyed, Joan stomped on the gas pedal, speeding up, causing the car to accelerate once again.
As Joan stared at the young girl's profile, Caroline's mouth curved into a mischievous smile.
She raised her hand and roughly ruffled his hair.
