What will you do if you only have three months to live? How will you spend your last ninety days? Kati Sullivan is young and still innocent to the world. So if you are reading this, Kati, it means the twelve days of chemotherapy have begun, and you have forced me to, as before, stay outside the room.
First and foremost, please know I don't have all the answers.
If you are reading this, it means that some sort of hope has begun, a touch of comfort in the midst of the fear and the uncertainty that we find ourselves in. Yes, this will be one of the very first and very uncertain steps that we shall take towards the hope that we are fighting this and that we are overcoming this. This is an obstacle that has only but been pushed in our way for what will be a very brief moment to test our faith and love.
So if you are reading this, Kati, it means the "C" word has taken over our world once again.
