9 You talked

To the surprize of every one in the room grandpa Xu turned to his grandson with a frown and asked a question which brought a shooked expression to everyone's face.

"You talked! You bastard actually talked since when do you talk again! I waited for years to her your voice again damn you I almost forgot to notice this!"

Well as usual there came no response but grandpa Xu was only shooked for a second before he dismissed it to an acustic illusion and went on to check-up on Ai Bo.

Curse his luck but Fa Feng almost lost his posture he didn't want to talk at last not untill he knew he would be heard and he only wanted to talk to her because he wasn't sure if she would accept his usual alofness.

The talk about marriage was instantly forgotten at least for now.

And so the day went on but grandpa Xu couldn't shake away the feeling that he forgot something important it may be due to his age or due to his ignorance for 'trivial' matter's.

After a few test she was discharged from doctors observations and was able to rest on the bed thinking about what just happened. She got a name the greatest present of all she ever wished for. She saw the sun. She was surrounded by noise but not the noise she disliked of slaps kicks and shouting words she didn't want to hear ever again but the kind of noice she could keep listening for the rest of her life.

Later that day the older man who she saw earlier came to talk to her about things and the near future events.

"Hallo dear my name is Xu Geon but you have the honor to call me grandpa or grandfather" he told the slightly scared girl in a soft tune to lessen her worries.

"Hallo grandfather" she whispered back.

"I came to talk to you about some things I need to know before I chose what will happen and what won't happen next" he told her gently and took her hand into his stroking the back of her hand witch his thumb in a smoothing manner.

"What do you wish to know? As long as I am able to tell you I will."

"Where did you came from. What happened to you and which family are you from."

In her mind she wondered what she should tell him? She didn't know the answer to any of those question but she tried.

"I don't know where I came from. I just know it was dark without any light and people coming to visit daily to give me lessons for my mistakes. I don't know what I did wrong because I was there since I can remember other than that I don't know anything especially what family I came from."

To this answer grandpa Xu was both enraged and glad enraged for the treatment to this girl and glad it was him who found her almost dead on the streets if it was someone else she might as well died because of poor treatment or because it could have been her tourmentors.

"I understand u have now the option to choose between two things. You will live with me or I can help you find a place to live alone. I would love to have you with us but I don't want force you."

"I don't care where I am as long I am allowed to see the light and maybe be allowed to have a window." it was one of her greatest wishes to have a connection to the outside and surerily she didn't mind where she was staying as long she would be treated better then before.

"I understand we will be leaving soon I need to talk to someone for a bit let the nurse help you get dressed and we will be leaving this part of the house." true to hair word as soon as he left he called his house keeper to tell him to prepare his Gardenhouse into a bedroom. Since it was warmed it would be nice to sleep there and there was always light. windows ware more then available there. So the Gardenhouse of his dead daughter became Ai Bo's chamber.

The pavilion which was located in the midle was remodeled into a bad. the flowers bloomed all year long since the gardener took care of it.

A new desk was placed near the pavilion.

After the phone call he got back to her took her hand and guides her to the Mainhouse where he took her to the dinning room and called for food.

Shortly later she was presented with a bowl of porridge with berries and she almost started crying when she put a spoon in to her month. It tasted amazing not like the hard bred or the dirty water she was used to.

Grandpa Xu watched the girl with a weird expression on his face. Was the porridge so good? Didn't she ever had something similar before? The way she ate looked foreign to him he even had to tell her how to use the eating utensils.

After every spoon she took he kept adding small vegetable pieces onto her spoon just to make sure she ate some of them too. The doctor told him to let her eat slowly and make sure to keep her away from greasy food.

Shortly later she was brought to her new 'room' which wasn't really a room but as soon they entered and he showed her to the bed she had an expression of awe on her face and could stoop looking around till he felt a pinch on her cheek. Surprised by grandpa cus action she closed her eyes in anticipation for a slap but she only felt her had being patted.

"Sorry dear you looked to cute and I could help my self" grandpa Xu sheepishly said but in reality he almost wanted to hit a wall with his head. How could he forget that she wasn't used to being touched in a friendly manner or being pinched like a child for being cute.

"N-Nooo it's my fault I'm sorry I shouldn't have looked." the girl said feeling guilty for making grandpa Xu apologize even when he did nothing wrong. She knew this because of some of the knowladge she gained from her angel. But ever since she woke up the knowledge started to fade. So she asked grandpa Xu about books.

"Can I have books to read? I want to learn."

"Of course tommorow I will show you the library. Now I wish you a good night I hope you like the room it has a loot of flowers nice fresh air and is warm and of course the largest windows you could wish for" grandpa Xu went to bed shortly after and so her day finished and she finally let her self relax before falling asleep.
