CHAPTER SEVEN: KEVIN'S POV

I was later told that the cold enchantress Infront of me was my betrothed (fiancee), we were betrothed when we were babies. Who the hell does that, what if we were not compatible for eachother or we later figure out we don't love eachother?

But also looked at her, it felt like I have known her for ages, like we have met before, talked, laughed, and strangely died for eachother.

Wait? My heart was suddenly in pains and my head hurt like I forgot something I'm not supposed to forget. What is it?

I looked at her deep blue-green eyes, her high cheek bone, supple kissable lips and an hourglass figure: everything about her was to die for.

Suddenly I saw an enchanting beauty which could ruin nations, smile at me and then strange words echo in my ears:

I don't know why, I am suddenly hearing all these words but as I listen to them my heart aches as if a sword was stabbed alot and my head hurts as if trying to remind me of something.

Well I'm in the middle of a celebration in the Mondragon's clan so I remove those thoughts and focus on the issue at hand first.

My fiancee is cool, elegant, a rare beauty and a devil in disguise too, when we were competing, she was using me as a practice dummy but instead of feeling angered I felt a sweet tingling sensation in my cold heart which has never felt a thing for any female before.

I always smile and joke around but mind you, only my master knows I am cold blooded, heartless and merciless but I kill only the evil devil race, wild beats and criminals who rape, steals, commits arson, murders and so on

Father Mondrian: Mondrian Kevin, hope you are going to stay with us a little again my boy

Mondrian Kevin: sorry dad, but I will

Grandpa Mondragon: Nuanua, stay with this old man. You haven't come back to see me or your clan for once, stay for some time okay?

Mondragon Ashley: Grandpa, it's not like I don't want to stay with you guys but I have duty and my cultivation to take care of

Nicole's teacher: She will stay

Grandpa Mondragon:( interrupts her) yes Nicky will stay with us

Mondragon Alisha: Yes, big sister I will give you a tour with brother in-law Kevin

Nicole glares at her little rascal of a sister and gives her an evil smirk which disappears almost immediately it appeared

Mondragon Anisha, Mondragon Bernard and Mondragon Alisha all gulps hard( it is finished, the little devil has been provoked and released)

Mondragon Alisha: hehehehehe ... Yes dad, I'm coming. Bye

Alisha quickly makes a run towards the direction of their parents

Mondrian Jay: As I was saying dad, I am staying over.

Mondrian Alex: stares at Jay and rolls his eye

Mondrian Mercy: rolls eyes, big brother it is now known you are staying over because sister in-law is staying over. Right?

After she completed her words, she felt a chill at her direction and looked back only for her eyes to clash with Nicole's cold ones.

Nicole Mondragon walks over to their direction and crosses part with Mondrian Jay, both powers, intense stare, inquisitiveness arouses their past once again

NICOLE'S POV

Immediately we clashed stares, I felt strong emotions within me like I wanted to hug him, kiss him and tell him I was okay. Of course I would be okay, but the urge was growing and it felt like something stirred my cold heart that I felt a little something and then a blurry figure flashed

" I won't let anything happen to you

I'll protect you from all evil

the day you leave me, I will follow you

if your soul is scattered, I'll scatter mine

if you lose all hope, let me be your happiness

and shield

But most of all, I will be your sharpened hidden sword
