Dangerous game

Julian's eyes narrowed as he ended the call with Alex. He knew Sophia was playing a dangerous game, and he was determined to put an end to it. With a mere snap of his fingers, he could crush her and her pathetic schemes. But he wanted to savor the moment, to make her sweat.

"Emily, I need to go out for a bit," Julian said, his voice firm but controlled. "I'll be back soon."

Emily looked at him with concern, her eyes searching his face for answers. "Julian, what's going on? You're scaring me."

Julian's expression softened slightly as he looked at her. "I'll be fine, Emily. I just need to take care of something."

Emily nodded silently, but Julian could see the doubt in her eyes. She knew him too well, knew that he was hiding something from her. But she also knew better than to push him when he was in this mood.

As Julian left the room, Emily couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. She had seen the look in Julian's eyes, and she knew that he was hiding something from her. Something big.

But Julian was not worried. He was a powerful man, and he knew that Sophia was no match for him. He would go to her, and he would put an end to her games once and for all. With a mere thought, he could destroy her empire, leave her with nothing. He could crush her like the insignificant insect that she was.

And what he wanted now was to put an end to Sophia's games. He was the one in control here, and fully prepared to destroy Sophia for messing with him
