When the Tables Turn

I arrived at UA the next day to find everyone abuzz. Aizawa-sensei was going on about interning with pro heroes. He posted our offers on the board and I saw I had the most.

"Wow, (Y/N) sure does have a lot of offers." I heard someone say. I received the paper to see that Endeavor had given me an offer.

I snorted at the thought of joining his agency. I looked among the other agencies but realized, Endeavor was the number two hero. There was a much better chance of me becoming a pro hero with him as a mentor.

I walked over to Todoroki and decided to mess with him a bit. I tapped his right shoulder and scooted to the left. He looked to the right, but didn't see anyone so I slid my arms around his shoulder and squeezed.

I heard his shocked cough and turned his head slightly, and we were cheek to cheek.

"Hey Todo." I grinned, giving him a nickname.

"(Y/N), what are you doing?" He asked.

"Uh, hugging you?" I laughed.

"Why." He asked in his monotone voice.

"Cuz your a friend!" I said. I let him go and sat on his desk. He raised an eyebrow at me and I smiled.

"I assume you got an offer from my father's agency. Are you going?" He asked.

I grinned.

"Only if you are. Hawks sent me an offer and he and I fought about it when I got home but-" I slapped a hand over my mouth, forgetting that no one knew I lived with the number three hero.

"What do you mean when you got home?" He asked, I could tell he wasn't letting me go without an answer.

"I'll tell you if you tell me what agency your going to." I said.

"My father's. Now tell me." He said.

"When we got to your fathers agency, I'll tell you." I smirked and jumped off his desk. "See when we go!"

~Time Skip~

I was with Todoroki, standing outside the Endeavor agency, hesitating to come inside.

"You gonna tell me now?" He asked, keeping me from going inside. "I don't think you want to tell me in front of my father."

"Your father already knows." I said walking in.

I heard him follow quickly.

"WHAT?!" He said.

We were greeted by Endeavor almost instantly.

"Shoto, seems you decided to walk the path of the mighty. (Y/N)." He said turning to me. "Nice to see you again. I see Hawks lied to me."

"Again? Where was I when this happened?!" Todoroki asked.

"Um. Hawks is my adoptive father. Endeavor came by before the sports festival and dad told him I was a quirkless kid he took in. Dad and I really just wanted to see his face when I won the sports festival." I looked at Todoroki with a warm smile.

"I'm glad your not like your father." Those words seem to relax him.

"Nice to know." He said glaring at his father.

"(Y/N). There is not light way to put this so I'll just come clean. There are two reason I sent you an offer. Because your strong. You have a powerful quirk and will be a top hero. But the other reason." He motioned to someone at the door. "Is because I want you to marry Shoto."

I turned on my heel and walked for the door. But someone was guarding it. I blasted some air and shoved him out of the way as I opened the door. I felt a cold had grab mine and I turned around to see Todoroki.

"I didn't know about this. I promise. I don't want to stay here either, but we can't change agencies on short notice. We're stuck here. Now come back before you fail." He said pulling me back.

I sighed and squeezed his hand as we walked back to his waiting father.

"You two already seem to be close, so marriage shouldn't be a problem." He said looking at our intertwined hands.

"No this." I said lifting our hands. "Is so I don't smash you into a wall. What is wrong with you? Did you even ask dad what he thinks about this? Because I know damn well that he would give me a choice."

"No. I haven't spoke to him. But I plan to." Endeavor said walking away. "Get ready, we're going to Hosu for your internship."

I looked at Todoroki who shrugged and tugged on my hand to lead me to the car.

~Time Skip~

After a day or two, I couldn't keep track, we were patrolling when we came across Nomu. Multiple of them.

Endeavor had us stay back and did his job. But when he was done. Todoroki and I got a ping from Midoriya. It was a location in Hosu. But he didn't send anything but the location.

"Something's wrong. He didn't send any instructions." I said. Todoroki nodded.

"He wouldn't send something like this without a explanation unless he was in trouble." He agreed.

He and I took off, only to hear Endeavor call us back.

"Our friends in trouble! We'll be right back!" Todoroki called to him. I grabbed flew into the air, grabbing Todoroki with me and we flew over the city, making out way to the location.

I saw the fight from above and I sent Todoroki down first. Todoroki engaged in the fight, battling off with fire.

I heard him say something as I landed and surveyed the damage.

Iida and a hero were on the ground. I went over to him and gently brushed my fingers through his hair.

"Oh, Iida." I whispered. I saw the hero killer dash for Todoroki and blocked him with a wall of earth.

"Your not touching anyone else." I snarled flying up.

I batted him off of Midoriya while he got away. I used the dirt ground of the alley to smash him into the walls. I took him down, but he kept slipping by. It was when Midoriya and Todoroki got the ropes around him, that he was restrained. He got me with his blade a few good times. I had a bad slash mark in my neck, but I chuckled dryly when I found my hero suit without a rip in it.

"Looks like support did their job and kept it from ripping." I said when the cops arrived with Endeavor.

We were all getting ready to leave when a Nomu appeared. It was bleeding bad, but swooped Midoriya up and flew away.

"Midoriya!" I screamed and flew after him. But Stain beat me to it. He licked the blood of the Nomu, paralyzing it. It let Midoriya go and Stain killed it.

He shouted off some bullshit which I ignored, trying to find a way to reach Midoriya, when I lifted him with air and brought him to me. I dropped him into my arms and sighed with relief when he was unharmed.

"You need to be more careful." I said looking him up and down.

He hugged me, being careful of my neck and I hugged him back. I heard voices around me, but it started getting fuzzy. I heard Endeavors, Todoroki's and Midoriya's, but it was getting fuzzy.

"(Y/N)? (Y/N)!" I hear Midoriya shout.

It went black.

~Time Skip~

I woke up in a room with multiple beds. I heard voices and a gasp.

"She's awake!"

Midoriya and Todoroki's head appeared over me and I opened my eyes.

"Heey." I said lazily.

They both had tears in their eyes as they looked at me.

"Aww," I said sitting up. There was a bandage around my neck and I rubbed it. "You two crying for me?"

Thye both nodded and rubbed their eyes, trying to stop the flow of tears. I gripped a hand from both of them and squeezed.

"I'm okay. Come here." I pulled them both into a hug and they both squeezed.

We were reprimanded by a few cops that I ignored and looked out of a window. After a while, we returned to school, but were informed of something new.

We were moving into UA.

~Time Skip~

We were changing after a battle training that i had won when I heard a voice on the other side of the locker rooms.

It was Mineta. He was naming off girls bodies he wanted to see. But when I heard what he said about me, I turned as red as a ripe tomato.

"(Y/N) is definitely the hottest. Biggest rack, butt, figure. She's strong. You all saw her abs at the sports festival when she was wearing the cheer outfit. I bet they're even hotter!" I almost busted the wall down.

Jiro stuck her earplug through and shocked Mineta. We walked out a while later, laughing at Mineta when I felt eyes on me. I turned to see all the boys from our class staring at me.

Well, Koda, Shoji, and Iida weren't, but everyone else was.

"WHAT THE HELL YOU GUYS?!!? DID YOU REALLY LET MINETA'S WORDS GO TO YOUR BRAIN?!?!?" I shouted.

Midoriya smiled and came over. He patted my shoulder reassuringly while Kaminari nodded.

"He didn't lie-" He started before something hit him.

I turned to see Kirishima smack him.

"You idiot." He muttered.

I laughed and we all went home.

~Time Skip~

It was the beginning of the Provisional License exam when I realized how easy it was going to be.

I passed the first part with ease, but the second held a more difficult matter.

Rescue.

So when I found a middle aged women, I gave her all of my attention. She was a bit dirty, but didn't seem to be hurt. I had to double check.

"Are you hurt anywhere?" I asked. She shook her head. "Did you see anyone else in the area who might need immediate attention?" She nodded and pointed slightly downslope, deeper into the rubble.

I lifted her up with air and sent her off with a nearby rescue group.

"She doesn't have any injuries! She said there are more people down here, I'm going now!" Mina nodded and took her while I set off down the slope.

I rescued about six more people, returning to the medical setup we had going. I looked around to see Todoroki and someone I recognized from Shiketsu high, fighting off Gang Orca.

Todoroki was arguing with the bot from Shiketsu high and they weren't getting anything done. I noticed that they were trying to attack the medical sight and I felt irritated. I quickly sent the medical off and joined the battle.

I saw someone approach Todoroki from behind and I blasted him away.

"You idiots! Are you trying to fail?! The medical sight is under attack and your fighting like a bunch of shits! What did I tell you at the sports festival Todoroki?!" I shouted, advancing and pushing Gang Orca and his minions back serval feet.

"That's the one who won the sports festival." I heard one say to Gang Orca.

I quickly shoved the earth forward and advanced. But I didn't see Shindo, the boy from Ketsubutsu Academy. Gang Orca did, he fired his soundwave at him and I couldn't get there in time.

Midoriya did. Again.

"Dammit Midoriya!" I shouted gaining his attention after he landed. "Why are you always beating me to the goods?" I grabbed Shindo from him as we dodged another soundwave attack from Gang Orca.

"Who are you? You go to UA?" Shindo asked as I carried him with me.

"Less talking, more moving your ass. There are still people who need to be found." I said setting him down. "Yes I go to UA. No, I'm not a stuck up asshole."

"Any more questions?"

I looked at him, he was staring at me in shock as I fended off more of Gang Orcas minions.

"If not, GO!" I shouted.

He closed his mouth and ran off.

I turned to see my words had cut off Todoroki's and the boy from Shiketsu's bickering and they now both fought together.

But time was up.

~Time Skip~

Everyone but Bakugou and Todoroki had passed in our class. I sighed and looked at Todoroki's emotionless mask but pulled him over to the side privately when I had the chance.

"Your fathers a douchebag who will rot in hell until I say so." I announced.

Todoroki burst out into unexpected laughter and leaned against the wall.

"Good, feel better?" I asked patting his shoulder.

He pulled me into a hug and caught his breath.

"Thank you (Y/N). You could tell I was upset. You cheered me up a bit." He said letting me go.

He and I returned to the class and went on our way.
