(So the slime hasn't stopped eating because as it gets bigger by eating, things accidentally get trapped in its body, cause partially liquid, so the slime gets perpetually bigger, until the area it's in has nothing left for it to eat, currently it can only eat biological matter, so no rocks or ores, it consumes water because although water isn't biological matter, it is a key part of everything alive, so it makes sense for the slime to be able to consume it)

(So I gave the slime basic language understanding because I doubt that you want to read *bloop* for a whole novel, the basic language is the language of monsters, because it can't have a basic understanding of all languages in its world with a basic level of sentience…I'm explaining all of this in this fourth wall break because I haven't really fought of a way to explain it in the actual novel)
