Chapter 29 : Make me feel alive

I wasn’t sure what was going to happen the moment those words left my lips, but I should have. Because as soon as they escaped me, his lips crashed upon mine, and I stopped fighting him. I gave into the temptation he had provided so many times. The kiss deepened as his tongue begged for entry. His hands wandered over my skin as I wrapped my arms around his neck, letting him pull me as close to him as I could possibly get.

I wanted him, there was no denying that. And everything that he did screamed danger but now…I didn’t care. I wasn’t sure what had changed me, maybe it was him.

I just knew that I didn’t want to be scared anymore. Of my future…of Trevor.

I wanted something to take away my fears and give me back the confidence I used to have.
