ROAR !!ROAR!!

This were the painful screams of an humongous hornless green dragon,it's usual green eyes were already blood red probably due to anger,the green dragon shook its head vigorously in an attempt of getting something off its huge head.

The source of its pain and anger was an extremely huge spear that stabbed right at the middle of its head, holding tight to the shaft of the spear was a young warrior who was strapped in a black armour.

The black armoured warrior who was trying hard not to loose his grip on his spear suddenly spoke.

"Drega,today shall be the day you join your ancestors"

"How dare you say such unrespectful words to me!! "

The dragon replied in an ancient coarse voice .

The black armoured warrior didn't reply but just laughed hysterically.

The dragon suddenly halted its screams and became immobile it even stopped flapping its huge wings,as the battle was taken place in air,but surprisingly even after it stopped flapping its wings it didn't descend towards the ground but was floating ,if one looked closely one would be able to see a wicked grin drawn on the face of the dragon .

Suddenly without warning the body of the colossal dragon began to burn with a green scorching flame .

It caught the warrior unawares as he was affected by the sudden attack,his hands that were holding the shaft of the spear were ablaze .

But the warrior seemed to be very experienced, as he instantly unfasten his grip on the spear, and began to retreat .

But the dragon had more plans for him,as it sent its huge tail towards the black armoured warrior .

On seeing this the human warrior doubled his speed,as he began to withdraw more fast than before .

But he underestimated the speed of the whip like tail of the dragon .

In few seconds the tail had reached the retreating warrior,before he could even think, he was hit by the flaming tail .

Boooom ....

The warrior was sent flying backwards with the momentum of a bullet, he had covered several metres before he was able to regain stability .

The warrior was unscathed as his black armour absorbed all of the attack .

The dragon gave him no chance to recover as it sped towards the warrior like a streak of light .

The warrior's body suddenly began to burn in a dense purple flame,this time he didn't retreat like he did before he raced towards the dragon with utmost speed .

The collision between the human warrior and beast was sure to cause a huge explosion .

BOOOOM.....

Finally the two flaming titans met,but surprisingly there was no explosion but what evoked from the clash was a very bright light that engulfed both dragon and human .

"Hahahahahaha"

Ethan screamed as he immediately awoke from sleep,he was sweating profusely and breathing heavily as though he had been running all day.

Ethan stared through the window it was already morning,he could hear the usual chirping of birds and could already see the golden rays of sunlight .

It had all been a dream,he had being having this outlandish dreams since the age of eight .

And in every of his dreams he always encountered the green hornless dragon .

He could not pinpoint anything that could be the cause of his outlandish dreams .

He had never for once told anybody even his mother .

After crying for hours in his mother's arm the previous day he immediately hit the hay .

When he remembered what made him cry so badly the previous day, he could not help but shake his head sadly, life was just to cruel to him .

Ethan could be seen walking silently in a huge market,the market was filled with traders and buyers,it was a market that sold pills,weapons,treasures and martial scrolls,it was precisely a warriors market .

The market was filled with beautiful and horrible scenes,scenes of warriors bargaining the prices of weapons or scrolls, scenes of traders trying to market their goods,and horrible scenes of people getting robbed of their properties .

Ethan was not planning to buy anything he just came for sightseeing in a means of burying his sorrows.

He had been walking in the market for hours and have started forgetting about his problems,while passing through an alley where only pills were sold,he suddenly heard something that caught his attention.

He walked back,and stood in front of the stall of the man who said what sounded interesting to him .

"Young master are you interested in this Soul pressure pill " said the man whom Ethan was standing in front of his stall,he surprisingly had only one pill to sell,and that was precisely the Soul pressure pill.

"Yes,and what's a Soul pressure pill" said Ethan with curiosity in his tone .

The man was taken aback he couldn't believe how this kid who is probably from a wealthy family don't know what a Soul pressure is,but he immediately composed himself .

" A soul pressure pill as the name implies is a pill used to place pressure on the soul,the essence of placing pressure on the soul is to produce soul force ".

Ethan was beginning to become more interested in the pill .

" What's soul force?!!"

This time the trader was not surprised about Ethan's question,it seemed the lad had no information about anything concerning the pill .

"Soul force is just like qi, but they have different functions, soul force are always wielded by Soul masters,soul masters are very powerful they can be compared to even bloodline warriors"

Ethan's heart was beating very fast,so there was something like this,why has nobody informed him about it.

"Does soul force require qi"

Ethan asked with doubt in his tone .

The trader was once again taken aback,why would this lad ask him such question,but it was not his business ,his business was selling the pill .

"No,it only requires a strong soul"

Ethan was getting excited, his body was even beginning to vibrate,but he doesn't know if the trader is lying .

" You dare lie to me !!!"

Ethan said with fake anger in his tone .

" No,young master I dare not "said the trader in defence.

Ethan didn't know why but he just believed the trader,maybe because he was desperately in need of something to change his life.

"How much is it "

"twelve Pardin gems "

Pardin gems are used as money,Dehedron gems which Ethan gave to Todd could also be used but it was in rare cases as it was mainly used for cultivation .

Ethan surprisingly didn't bargain,he brought out twelve pardin gems and handed it over to the trader .

The trader received it and placed it in his robe. He placed the red pill in Ethan's outstretched hand.

Ethan stared at the pill like as though he stared at his life,he was not himself any longer he was just too excited,he took in a deep breath as he tried to calm down .

He placed the pill in his spatial ring and proceeded to leave.

" Young master wait !!!"

Ethan stared at the trader with impatience ,what does he want.

" Young master I have to warn you,taking a soul pressure pill can be very dangerous if you don't succeed in producing a soul force,it can damage your soul ".

Ethan's heart skipped a beat,as fear began to crawl in his heart but he immediately suppressed it,so, what if he fails what difference does it make he would still be the same.

He nodded as he began to walk briskly he got to a point when he stopped walking and began to run.

The journey from the market to Giglake family resident would have taken him three hours but this time he spent only an hour,he was just to excited.

Fortunately for him none of the bullies where within reach so he safely got to his house.

" Nobody,should disturb me for any reason " Ethan yelled towards the guards as he sped into his room.

The guards were shocked,they had never seen Ethan as excited as this .

His mother was not around so he was not hindered, he raced into his room and bolted the door.

He immediately sat on his bed in a lotus position.

He was panting heavily like a deer that had been chased by a tiger.

It took him several minutes to calm himself down,he at first thought about what the trader told him .

But Ethan was intransigent,he had made up his mind and there was no going back he would take the risk,he brought out the Soul pressure pill from his spatial ring and held it on his left hand,he closed his eyes took in a deep breath and without warning he threw the pill inside his mouth.

He felt a cold sensation as the pill slid down his throat .
