64 What's with that gaze

Seeing the man with a child, Aryen contemplated that the man was probably her husband's guest, but she was uncertain since Lee Shira is reviewing a document on his hands.

Even though they decided to go on a honeymoon vacation, it is understandable that someone would suddenly come asking for Lee Shira to review some important documents.

However, they are at her home town for a honeymoon vacation, and it is at another country. Who's stupid enough to bring their child when they work?

Besides, traveling from R country to X country would take several hours, not unless there's no one that can look after the baby, but it is still not a good reason to bring the child since there's an option to hire a nanny.

Aryen felt displeased with that kind of idea. However, those thoughts were interrupted when she noticed the way how the man dressed up until her eyes fell on the child on the man's arms.

She was shocked after realizing that the child was no other than Arwen. Aryen subconsciously looked at the man's face and met each other's eyes but she was more surprised.

At first sight, the shape of Arwen's eyes looked the same with the man, while his clear black eyes were eye catching and absolutely attractive, especially with his thick and long eyelashes.

Although Arwen's pupils changes colours, the way she looked at anyone were the same as how Jiang Min looked at Aryen. It was like the little girl herself was looking at her.

'Who is he? Why do his eyes look the same as Arwen? Is he her father? Damn! Why don't I have any memories about it?!' Aryen claimed with disappointment in her mind.

Aryen hated the fact that she cannot remember anything after becoming a test subject that includes the events of having a husband and bearing a child.

Unfortunately, even though it was Arren who told her about this matter, there's still a part in her mind that she is stil not convinced that she really had a daughter.

Because of having multiple questions in her mind, Aryen was not aware that she had been staring at the gorgeous man carrying the little girl on his arms while sitting in the sofa.

Her eyes were fixed while intently staring at the man but the more she thinks about it, Ayren's gaze slowly turning sharp enough for him to feel like being skinned alive.

At the same time, due to her complicated emotions, Aryen failed to control herself; revealing what she feels, making her beautiful face turned dark.

She didn't even notice when the man stood up and slowly walked towards her with a sweet smile on his lips until he stopped in front of her and said. "Why? What's with that gaze? My name is Jiang Min. It's nice to meet you."

His voice was gentle and kind, like a soft breeze passing through her ears. It somehow sounded a bit cold but there's a feeling of warmth in her heart after hearing his voice.

Unfortunately, it was too late for Aryen to realize that he was already standing in front of her with their faces close to each other. Close enough for both of them to smell their breaths.

Jiang Min's breathing was warm that touches Aryen's face after he suddenly leaned closer to her. Enough for her to smell the faint fragrance like a sweet cotton candy tempting her to have a taste.

Aryen can clearly see his beautiful pair of black eyes which is even more intoxicating than a glass of wine, making her feel drunk while staring at it.

She didn't even have thoughts about how Jiang Min came closer to her especially their faces which are close enough to smell each other's breaths while he bravely ignored Lee Shira's presence.

"I heard that you were very fond of my daughter. Meeting you in person makes me feel relieved that you will surely take care of my baby for a couple of days." Jiang Min faintly whispered with a sweet smile on his lips.
