67 To touch another man

Jiang Min and Aryen's eyes fall on the envelope lying on the wooden mini table. They both subconsciously glanced at the handsome man silently sitting in the sofa.

With only his pupils moved, turning sideways to glance at Jiang Min before fixing his gaze to Aryen, are enough for the both of their hearts to skip a beat.

His cold, arrogant and aggressive temperament throughout made Aryen flinched with guilt and fear. She can see his handsome face not having any emotions, but his eyes were full of anger.

How can she forget about Lee Shira? Silently watching them the whole time, but now he was angry? He didn't make any sound when Jiang Min purposely came to her, shamelessly flirting without fear.

'What the hell are you angry at? This is your fault for letting this man to come closer to me! Are you trying to put the blame on me? Or this is your plan to test me?!' Aryen can't help cursing in her mind.

What else can she think of? Lee Shira has been purposely made things to test her, secretly observing all her reactions to know more about who she is.

Her heart started beating fast, beads of sweat forming on her forehead while Lee Shira keeps on intently staring at her. Aryen's arms that were holding Arwen slightly tightened due to fear of what Lee Shira might do when Jiang Min is gone.

"Are you done?" Lee Shira's words were not clear to whom it was directed to, but his cold deep voice sounded with danger. His eyes remained staring at Aryen, but someone knew who he was talking to.

There was no response to his question, but Jiang Min stepped away from Aryen before turning and walking towards the mini table, picking up the brown envelope with his face showing full of dissatisfaction.

His clear black eyes show dismay as he looks at Lee Shira. There's a deep meaning, secretly sending towards his best friend while he stood straight and started walking towards the door, leaving them without saying a word.

Silence covered the whole place while Lee Shira keeps on staring at Aryen who was watching Jiang Min leaving.

He was staring at her full of anger while recalling how his wife courageously flirts with his best friend in front of him.

What made Lee Shira feel more irritated was seeing Aryen watching Jiang Min leaves before turning her attention back to him when the door was closed, making her body stiffen.

Aryen's heart was continually beating fast. Watching Lee Shira standing up from the sofa and slowly walking towards her without saying a word aside from having his cold expression gave a cold chill running to her whole body.

Feeling the danger was slowly approaching, Aryen subconsciously step back, arousing Lee Shira's anger which was followed by swift move, grabbing Aryen's neck, chocking due to his tight grip.

Aryen was shocked. She wanted to struggle but with Arwen in her arms, what can she do? Lee Shira's tight grip was enough to stop her from talking, making her face turn pale and about to lose her breath.

'What the hell did I do? It's your fault for not doing anything when that man tried to flirt with me! Do you really think that I won't do anything?! He wants to play, so I will play with him!' Aryen exclaimed in her mind.

"Have you forgotten what I told you? Who gave you a permission to touch another man?" Lee Shira uttered coldly. He was totally mad after seeing Aryan is trying to seduce his best friend.

He may let his best friend play due to the purpose of testing his wife, whether she's easy to fall with a man's scheme, but it doesn't mean that his wife is allowed to do the same.

Was she mesmerized by Jiang Min to let him approach her? She let him touch her and she touched him back! What more was for Aryen to step back when he was approaching? Does it mean Jiang Min was allowed, but not him?!

Seeing tears began to form in Aryen's eyes while her face started turning pale with her wakening breathing, Lee Shira tried hard to suppress his feeling of choking her to death.

Lee Shira glanced at the little girl in her arms before letting go of Aryen's neck. Knowing that Aryen might stumble, he immediately took Arwen from Aryen's arms.

His movements were enough for Aryen to fall down the floor due to her weakening knees, coughing hard while holding her painful neck due to Lee Shira's tight grip.

Aryen raises her head and looked at Lee Shira remorsefully. He was gentle, kind, patient and understanding earlier.

They even talked to each other like a normal husband and wife before falling asleep due to tiredness, but now all of it seemed like it didn't happen at all.

I know it has been too long since the last update and had poor updates previously. To answer some of the comments, first, I sincerely apologize for poor updates.

Second, I am not making any excuses. As all you know that this book was just a side project that is why I focus more to Love Chain since I also need financial support.

For the previous months, I got sick an stayed in the hospital for some time. I had issues with my eye and was not permitted to use gadgets while recovering.

I tried updating when I can, than to drop the story for the sake of my readers and for those who were patiently waiting for an update and understanding my condition, thank you so much.
