Pretending
Trying to calm her panicking heart, Aryen believed that Lin Rehan would not expose her real identity even though Lee Shira is her first child.
She can only guess that she's been very careless about her actions in front of Lee Shira.
Aryen secretly took a deep breath and looked at Lee Shira while a delightful smile appeared on her lips as she hooked her arms on his neck.
With their height differences, where the top of her head only reaches up to his nose; despite her being tall enough to be a model, Aryen had to tip her toes to give him a kiss on his lips.
Aryen blinked her eyes cutely and said. "You should be the one to cook for me since you deceived me." Her voice sounded complaining but sweet.
"Hmp! I thought it was you who cooked it." Aryen added, pouting her lips and a face with disappointment.
Of course she is trying to play with her beauty trap while pretending not to know it was her mother's own dish.
Her lips remained close to his while she can smell Lee Shira's sweet breath, taunting him to give her a kiss while she tried not to get affected that her mother is around.
Lee Shira did not say anything. He just keeps on staring at Aryen. He was surprised that she kissed him, yet her sudden change obviously shows she is pretending.
A curve slightly appeared on his lips, but Lee Shira is not planning to say anything about what he did and pretends not notices her poor act of trying to trap him. But looking forward if how will it end.
Lee Shira kissed her back like he was tempted with her seduction. "Try to learn the dish, so you can cook it when we get back." He uttered, his arms tightened on her waist.
Aryen was stunned, she did not expect for Lee Shira to bite her trap. Her lips curved upwards, a flash on her eyes appeared. Too bad Aryen is not aware Lee Shira being aware of her playful act
Lee Shira bent down and whispered on Aryen's ears with a seductive voice. "Finish it right away. I can't wait for that long." His breathing is heavy while his body turned hot.
Aryen: "..." Ugh, did I ignite the fire?
Aryen's heart began pumping fast. She expects Lee Shira won't let her sleep tonight. Her cheeks began to turn red while thinking about their moments in bed.
Before Aryen can react, Lee Shira released her from his arms while he looked at Mei Joan. "You can come in, just make sure she won't get hurt." He said with his cold voice.
Aryen: "..." Ugh, why would I get hurt from cooking?
Mei Joan smiled and nodded. She can see the sweetness between the couples. "Don't worry Mr Lee. She'll be fine." She uttered with assurance and walked towards the kitchen.
Getting a response from Mrs Mei, Lee Shira no longer speak. He grabbed what Aryen prepared for him and sat on the sofa, took his laptop and began typing while eating.
Aryen blinked her eyes in disbelief while she watched Lee Shira sitting in the sofa and eating what she prepared. Her mind was asking herself. 'He eat what I cooked? Wait.. Is he working again?'
With her wondering thoughts, Aryen did not noticed that Mei Joan is already standing beside her with a smile on her lips, watching Aryen looking at her husband.
"Worried that your husband worked too much?" Mei Joan whispered with a teasing voice. She has been standing next to Aryen for a couple of minutes, but she remained staring at Lee Shira.
Aryen: "..." Mom!
Aryen finally came back to her senses. Her cheeks blushing red with embarrassment after realizing that she's been staring at Lee Shira. "Just a bit.." She tried to lie.
