I spent a hundred years in my tower, reading and studying alchemy, magic, and spells. Through my training and constant living in that realm, my body has grown beyond the realm of mortality and into the body of a true goddess. I can feel the difference now that I am back in Urdova. Even the air brushing up against my skin feels completely new, everything just feels more vivid. My skin has even tanned a little with an added golden glow, my hair more saturated than before and looking healthier. My face is much more beautiful and mature, my lips luscious and my eyes bewildering.

I decided to visit one of the real estate agencies in Urdova so that I could acquire a place to live. As I walked through the small downtown, I approached the agency called Heather's Real Estate. The building was a quaint two-story structure with a red-brick facade and a small sign hanging above the door. Inside, the walls were painted with a soft shade of cream, and the floors were made of a dark, polished wood.

The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, and the sound of the bell on the door echoed throughout the room. I explained my situation, and she handed me a brochure of available properties. I browsed through the pages, admiring the beautiful homes and apartments that were available for rent. After some time, I found the perfect place, a two-story townhouse made of brick with a beautiful garden in the front yard and a fenced backyard that even had its own koi pond and water fountain.

The garden was a lush oasis, with vibrant flowers and greenery that seemed to dance in the gentle breeze. The townhome itself was a work of art, with intricate details etched into the brick facade and a charming bay window that looked out onto the street.

The inside of the townhome was even more impressive. The foyer was spacious, with high ceilings and a beautiful chandelier that cast a warm glow throughout the room. The living room was cozy and inviting, with plush sofas and chairs arranged around a large fireplace. The kitchen was a chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island that was perfect for preparing meals.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plush beds and soft linens that promised a restful night's sleep.

I used a spell on the real estate agent, and she filled out my forms and gave me the key to my new home, all free of charge. I felt a twinge of guilt as I walked out of the office, but quickly brushed it aside. After all, I had worked hard for my powers, and it was only fair that I should use them to my advantage.

As I walked up the path to my new home, I felt a sense of pride and satisfaction wash over me. This was my sanctuary, my haven, my home.

I knew I needed so much more for this house before I was able to invite my aunt Jenny and my cousin Natalie over. First, I needed to get a car. I left the house and started walking towards the nearest dealership, which just so happened to be a BMW dealership. As I walked, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. This was the first big purchase I would be making for my new home, and I wanted it to be perfect.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who showed me around the lot. I was immediately drawn to the X7 Alpina XB7 BMW and the Alpina B8 BMW, both of which were stunning in a forestry green color. I knew I had to have them both.

I used a spell on the dealership to purchase the Alpina B8 BMW and the X7 Alpina XB7 BMW for free in the forestry green color. I couldn't believe my luck. I had never been able to afford such luxurious cars before, and now they were mine.

I had the B8 delivered to my house, meanwhile I drove back home in my X7.

I knew I needed to be able to explain all of these new purchases to Aunt Jenny, and I needed an easy way to explain it. Even though it may seem far-fetched to believe, I knew I had to come up with something.

I drove over to the bank and created a new account with them. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I thanked her as she handed me my new debit card. I drove back home and started looking at my digital banking account. I knew I could come up with a spell to add money transfers in and make it look legit, even to the point that no one would notice anything.

I added a couple of hundred grand to my account and made it so that a couple of hundred grand would continuously be deposited into my account every month. The deposits would come in from a fake company that, if anyone would look up, would be created artificially through the power of my illusionary spell. Now my account has $268,000.

I should start ordering new dresses and outfits to be delivered to my house, as well as some food to be delivered now for the guests I'm about to have. I wanted everything to be perfect for their arrival. I scrolled through the websites of my favorite clothing stores, imagining the outfits I would wear to impress my guests. I couldn't wait for them to see the new me, the one who had it all together and could afford the finer things in life.

Two weeks had passed since I moved into my new home, and finally, all of my purchases had been delivered. I felt like a queen in my new house, with all the new furniture, appliances, and decor.

I decided to take a nice long bath to relax and unwind. The bathroom was my favorite part of the house, with a large bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a beautiful vanity with a large mirror. I lit some candles and poured some lavender oil into the bath, letting the warm water wash over me.

After my bath, I got out and started putting on my new dress. It was knee-length and black, with a purple lace that ran across parts of the dress. I wore a deep green silver necklace with green jewels and black heels. I felt like a movie star, ready for the red carpet.

I had all of the courses for dinner prepared thanks to my magic. I had used my powers to make sure everything was perfect, from the appetizers to the dessert. I had even conjured up some exotic drinks to serve my guests.

It was time to call Aunt Jen and my cousin Natalie, my boyfriend Eric, and my friends Emily, Sophie, and Lily to come over to my house and have a dinner party. I couldn't wait to show off my new home and all of my new purchases. I was excited to see everyone's reactions and hear their compliments.

Two hours had passed since I invited everyone over, and finally, everyone had arrived at the house. Aunt Jen and Natalie were the first ones to arrive, and they were both surprised by my new home.

Jen said, "You know you've been missing for two months, and all of a sudden, you invite us over to your house. Wait, why do you even have a house? How did you afford this house? And the two luxury cars outside?"

I replied, "Well, you see, I used my talent for being dark and moody to create short stories, which I have partnered up with a publishing company. I'm helping their authors, and it pays extremely well. I've also been investing my money, but yeah, long story short, I worked for it." I laughed inside my head, knowing that was a lie and it was thanks to my magical abilities.

As Eric and the rest of my friends finally knocked on the door, I went to greet them. Eric immediately hugged and kissed me, and the kiss felt like it lasted forever as he embraced me. He must have really missed me.

Eric said, "Kat, I...you look so different...more mature..."

I replied, "You like the new look, puppy? I hope you do, because I want to ask you to move in with me."

Eric looked shocked and asked, "You want me to live with you?"

Everyone looked surprised as they heard me ask him this.

I said, "Well, yeah, I do. You are my boyfriend. Come play house with me, puppy."

I felt a rush of excitement and nervousness. I had never lived with a boyfriend before, and I wasn't sure if Eric was ready for this step. But I knew that I needed him and wanted to spend more time with him.

Eric said, " Okay, I'll need help gathering my stuff so that I can move in with you."

I replied, " Sure, why don't you stay the night puppy and tomorrow I can help you pack your things." He has got to be nervous, just look at that smile on his little puppy face...awe.
