Chapter 3: Time Passes

A beautiful night, standing in a high bell tower above the city of Targoviste, two figures could be seen.

Maria "a year, yet only minor creatures to hunt, the beast in barrat was big but still the same" leaning against a pillar that held the bell.

Eileen "it is as master said, we must be patient the being Dracula was it, will show itself." Crouching Down over the ledge, her crow cloak covering her arms and legs.

Maria "we still get to serve master, learning of the families as well as this Dracula being" crossing her arms.

Eileen "the creature lost his wife, sad is it not" cracking a smile.

Maria "you pity the creature, Eileen?" Raising a eyebrow.

Eileen "you know I do not, nor would I ever care....master is the only one that can arouse such feelings from me". Turning her head to the side looking back at Maria.

Maria "we are of the same accord, yet I did not doubt your loyalty hehe.." letting out a smile laugh.

Eileen "they know of us, yet have not seen us, even the Belmont family took interest before there,unfortunate turn of event, the church in this places, is all to familiar" grinning pointing the people far below.

Maria "kainhurst hunters, are well known, yet we do no do it for the sake of them." Looking at the place Eileen pointed.

Eileen "if he means to kill or help them, I care not I live for his sake alone" looking at her mask.

Maria "you know I am the same, yet it has been some time from last we saw him." Looking down.

Eileen "I wish to hunt with him again but you know our task,they take warning of a monster so lightly." Shaking her head.

Maria "yes from the dukes we re-educated, he gave them a year yet, this city saw no change."

Eileen "he said they would not and he was back finally, it has been too long, the speakers said to be wanderers, are labeled as proficient in magic".

Maria "I have seen two yet did not speak, if the words hold true, it has yet to be seen, as for vile bloods or vampires they call them, killing a few was child's play". Walking around the bell.

"You two really have done all that I have asked" walking out of the shadows, Pulling my mask off.

Maria/Eileen "master" who where taking out of there conversation, seeing there Master again.

"Come" gesturing to them with a wave.

Eileen "master, we moved as you said" while taking her hat off, her black hair pushed back, getting her cheek rubbed.

Maria "as you said the church would not believe" looking down, before feeling a hand lift her chin.

"I know you too have feel we have been apart to long, yet there was things I had to do" throwing my long black cloak over my arms covering me.

Walking behind me.

"A year is tomorrow, hopefully there is something worth hunting i care not if you save them, I wish to see what his Dracula can muster" standing at the very edge.

Maria "it will be as you ask" with a very small smile.

Eileen "they know of us, making sure to be unseen though" as the wind blew.

"What of the Belmont boy?" Turning my head.

Maria "he is been wandering and drinking, as he does not move like his family, losing faith in the Church." Handing name a letter.

" excommunicated, hmmm no wonder" reading through it.

Eileen "as for the dukes, there say this city has seen no change, still burning those who practice medicine, saying it is witchcraft ha" doing the same as well.

"What of Corvin?" Seeing the seal.

Maria "warming his bed, more so" joking.

Eileen "do not speak as if I'm one of these whores moved by his money, I have made sure he speaks no more, lord" anger in her words.

"It does not matter to me the means" saying it but still having anger in my voice.

Eileen "Iord you have so little faith in me?" anxious, giving Maria a look.

Maria "should he have more?" Covering her mouth.

"Ha enough I know you would not, jokes aside we will move tomorrow night" jumping down.

Maria " yes lord" following.

Eileen "yes master" glad her lord took it as a joke.

(A.N probably be the only time they act like this just trying to lighten it up)

Moving to a house that had been gained for one purpose,we walked in as i stood next to the fire place lighting it, as Maria and Eileen sit on the chairs at either side of the decently sized room, cross legged.

Eileen "lord, will you be away again?" Asking casualty.

Maria "is there matters after this?, that require your attention" just as casually.

"Yes" looking to see both there mouths twitch a little.

Maria/Eileen "yes lord" tilting the heads down in a bow.

"Ha..no there is nothing more, its time we move as one again" going to the couch and sitting.

After some time, at the top of a massive Cathedral.

Maria "there archbishop, spoke many unnecessary words" cross her arms.

Eileen "mindless Prado of a man who wished to be god himself" looking at the people come from all over to hear him speak.

"It won't soon be, well over" looking at the sky that turned black, blood like rain that fell on the city.

Maria "and so it begins" rubbing on her sword.

Eileen "hopefully, they bring more of a Challenge". Bring out a vile of arcane blood.

Women "ahhhhhh!!"

Men "god help us!!" Falling on blood, as they tried to cover there children.

"It has begun, kill whatever is in your path". Pulling out Evelyn.

Maria/Eileen "yes lord" pulling out there hunter pistols.

"Time to hunt"
