Change of Plan

Elmer scored a black van and Mariano did not ask where and how he got it. He was more focused on removing some of the seats from the back to have a bigger space for Minerva and her nurse. It's the same nurse that he took from the hospital after her duty. He had hypnotized the nurse to call the hospital and asked for sick leave for a day so that he could take her to take care of Minerva while they drove to the diner where they last saw Calixto in the flesh. 

He had called Love and her reply was unclear and careful. He knew his sire, she did not have to say a lot of words to know that she could not speak things to him when he had called her. And because of it, he had decided to leave the house at midnight to return to the diner and not in the morning like he told Iris. 

"Theo, I want you to take care of the house." 

"Why?" He asked in incredulity. He looked at the black van where his wife was before he looked at Mariano in anger.
