Chapter-16<Danger-5>

The male vampire followed the scent of the injured vampire. And soon he was able to see a fleeing figure in the distance. From the smell of the blood, the male vampire guessed that the vampire at the distance has the same blood like that of a Ulaspas family. That vampire had the noble bloodline running through his veins, so he knew that this man must know where the Ulaspas family's last successor is.

The male vampire ran towards the injured vampire and soon he came close to him. The male vampire knew that it wasn't safe for them to stay here as the old man must have called reinforcements by now. So without any warning or anything, the male vampire struck the injured vampire on his head and knocked him out. Then he picked him up and started running out of there.

When Fabian woke again he found himself in what looked like to be a cave. It was nighttime and he was able to see perfectly in the dark cave. The last thing he remembered was that he was fleeing from the battlefield when someone struck him on his head from behind. And after that, he lost consciousness.

Fabian woke up drowsy but slowly he started getting to his senses. It was then he realized that he was tied up. His legs and arms were tied up in such a way that he was not able to move properly. Fabian looked around and he could not see anyone in the vicinity. As he saw that the coast was clear, he started struggling. He wanted to get free from here and run away. Although it was at some distance he could see the mouth of the cave from where he was. So he just needed to be free from his bonds to free.

As Fabian was struggling, trying to get out of his bounds, he didn't notice that someone was standing right behind him. The male vampire who was in the vicinity of the cave had already noticed that the vampire was awake. So he came running here. But it was then he noticed Fabian…

The male vampire looked at the pathetic attempt by Fabian to get free from his bounds. And that felt very pathetic to him. The vampires accept that blood is a sacred entity. And their bloodline is considered sacred. A vampire just doesn't go sharing his bloodline with other people. Especially a noble bloodline as the Ulaspas household.

Ulaspas bloodline may have been a glorious household many centuries ago. But they are reduced to a commoner level. But still, the successor of the Ulaspas family had the dignity of noble. So for the love of blood god, the male vampire was not able to wrap around his mind as to why the successor of the Ulaspas family gave this pathetic little piece of shit his bloodline.

He was being annoyed by the stupidity of the young vampire in front of him. So after seeing him struggle for a moment or two, the male vampire kicked him hard at his ass…

As Fabian received the kick on his ass, it was then he realized that someone was standing ring behind him. It was then he looked back and saw that the vampire from earlier was standing right behind him…

"Gas to ghur da bakayaro?" the vampire asked Fabian.

"I don't understand what you are saying" Fabian replied quickly.

He understood that this vampire tied him and came to this cave because he wanted something in return. So Fabian thought that maybe if he cooperates with this vampire then he would be able to get out of this place unscathed.

"What is your name?" the vampire asked.

"Fabian," Fabian said quickly.

"Then Fabian where is your master?" the vampire asked.

"My master?" Fabian asked as he didn't understand what the vampire wanted to ask him.

"Yes, your master." The vampire asked.

"I don't know what you are talking about," Fabian said.

As soon as Fabian uttered those words, Fabian received a slap on his cheeks. That slap was so powerful that it broke some Fabian teeth. But from the perspective of the vampire, that slap only had some amount of power behind it.

"Don't test my patience boy. Tell me, where is Bran Ulaspas?" the vampire asked.

"I don't know who are you talking about… Please spare me." Fabian said while struggling to speak properly.

"Its looks like that you would not open your mouth until I torture some truth out of you." The vampire said.

It was then a very long and painful session of torture started. The vampire kept asking Fabian about someone name Bran Ulaspas. He kept telling him that he don't know anyone with that name. But the vampire didn't believe him. So he kept torturing Fabian…

The vampire broke all the fingers in Fabian's body one by one. Then he started making cuts all over his body and started spreading some salts on his wounds. That burned like hell, but it was not enough to kill him.

After experiencing torture, Fabian just wanted to die peacefully. He didn't want to live on. He just can't take it anymore. But the vampire refused to let him die. And after a while, the vampire also started doubting that whether Fabian really knew where Bran was.

The torture was the most effective way he could think of from which he could have made Fabian talk. This type of torture is nothing for an old vampire. Any old vampire would have kept their mouth shut until now if they were to be replaced by Fabian. But Fabian wasn't like those vampires. He was still young.

Fabian was very young and still, he was able to shut his mouth till now could only mean one of two things. Either he was too loyal to Bran to give him up or he really doesn't know where he was. And the vampire was started to think that maybe Fabian really doesn't know where Bran is.
