Chapter 23 - Apeiron

Aero went to closer to inspect

Apeiron tried to warn her  but it was too late as a crystallized creature appeared and tried to subdue her. I molded a spear and threw it towards some of them, getting their attention. 

"Next time you shouldn't try to act without knowing what trouble you're in."

He can hear communication that she was talking with her boyfriend that made him stop talking since he was not one who likes to ruin relationships. The two of them fought the creature that kept coming back endlessly. Apeironcould easily end the fight he wanted but this feeling of old and ancient ways made him feel alive.

Apeiron analyzed it, finding that it's some sort of weapon from an ancient race. Someone had made it for a purpose unknown to him as of now. However, someone is certainly behind this.

"What did you find out?"

"This isn't the only one and brought 107 similar structures."

"Relax, they're not active, at least for now. If someone tries to approach you then don't trust them after this then try not to trust them and contact me. Here."

He threw a communicator, surprising her but nodded. 

"This is your city and won't interfere more than needed. I also have a date so I need to go."

"Alright, thank you for your help and it's been nice meeting you."

"No problem, hopefully you and your boyfriend sort things out. Being a hero and having a relationship is tough. I recommend improving your power and using it like this."

Apeiron then used her magic that had been perfectes because his precise control creating a clone made of solid air surprising Aero.

"Wait, I can use my power like this!?"

"Of course, you should try a mentor if you couldn't then contact this number and immediately take you to Utopia. They will help you harness your true power. "

He explained that it made her feel silent looking at the air clone in fascination before nodding.

Apeironnodded before vanishing into air leaving Aero contemplating the communication given to her.
