BLEMISHED: Paint me in your Love

The extravagant ballroom of Salvatore Mansion was decorated lavishly. The entire state was invited to the party. The hurly and burly environment of the ballroom were constantly increasing as guests started to fill the room. The gossiping ladies group were high in volume discussing and guessing the main motto behind this profligate celebration. Men were drinking at the corners and thinking to gain favors from Salvatore. Upstairs a middle-aged man was seated in his master chair and his eyes pierced at the young lad standing in front. The lad thumped his hand on the table and scowled at his father. "I don't agree to this." He muttered curtly. "Utter nonsense. You have to follow that's it." The middle-aged man asked stopping his further protest. In vexation, the man left the room without turning back. A young lady was gracefully standing leaning against the wall beside the study room smirked and blew some air on her slim painted nails and spoke. "Interesting." *** The lad stood at the corner of the adorned ballroom and accessed the crowd. His sharp eyes narrowed at his father who was about to climb the platform morphed stage to deliver the speech that followed the bitter news. He grimaced at that. His father signaled him. That was his cue to follow up. When he reached the middle of the room someone grabbed his hand from behind causing him to stop abruptly and the glass in his hand fell on the floor spilling its whole content on the shiny white marble. Everyone turned their attention to them. It was a girl who stopped him. "Do you have a girlfriend?" This question caught him off guard and he instantly replied, "NO" "Do you like someone?" "No." Though he was confused but answered feeling the eyes of the crowd on them. "The girl smiled brightly and said, "Good." Without waiting for another moment the girl snacked her palm around his nape and stood on her tiptoes and kissed him. There was pin-drop silence in the room. The people gasped at that. The young lad was so shocked that he opened his mouth a bit and it was a perfect liplock. Breaking the kiss the girl stared at the whole crowd and said icily. "From now on he is mine." Leaving everyone in uttered stupefaction.

Chapter 1

"Did you confirm it right?"

A girl outfitted in a short skirt and nude crop top was frantically running through the crowd, sliting them with her speedy sprints trying to reach the entrance as soon as possible.

"If it turned out to be a lie or wrong then be ready to take the upshots."

She angrily cut the call and continued her walk. She bumped into someone and her things fell on the black shining floor leading her anger to reach the next level.

"Are you blind?"

She glared at the woman into whom she bumped. She froze and her glare transformed into a nervous look. The aura emitting from the woman was otherworldly and strange. The woman didn't speak anything she just removed her black shades and looked at the girl perking her left brow.

Nonetheless, the girl was getting late so after picking up her stuff she almost ran away. Note the word almost. The woman tugged her shinning purse and the girl reverted forcefully.

"Aren't you forgetting something young lady?"

The girl looked at her confusingly. The lady snorted and said, " Something like an apology."

"I am sorry."

And the girl ran away.

The lady just tsked audibly, dusted off her trench coat's invisible dust, and put back her shades. Clasping her elegant portmanteau she proudly with her chin held high walked out of the airport.

Reaching outside she dialed a number and waited for it to get connected. She surveyed her surroundings and it was bustling with noises. The call didn't connect. She send some beautiful profanities to her friend who had promised to pick her up.

Just as she was about to hail a cab her phone pinged indicating a message was dropped by her 'bestie'. Note the sarcasm.

She opened it and read it.

~ Just wait for a few minutes babe I am almost there. (Along with tearing up emoji) ~

The lady huffed and thought to wait there only. She took the seat on the vacant chair and rested her left leg on her right one and leaned back a bit to rest her cramped shoulder. The area she sat in was isolated.

Good! No more crowd. She hated it.

She was surfing through the internet when she heard noise erupting in the middle. She lowered her shades a little and looked at the corner near the Starbucks.

A couple was arguing. More precisely the girl was throwing tantrums wanting the boy to handle it and acted like a brat. The boy looked at his surrounding in embarrassment. All the people were giving him a pointed look.

The crowd has surrounded them.

The boy's eyes turned dim and he glared at the girl and took hold of her hand and dragged her along with him. The lady noticed it was the same girl she has bumped into earlier. She pitied the young man.

He trawled her and slightly pushed the girl. Though the impact wasn't that hard the girl stumbled and fell on the chair. She whimpered a little and looked at him with teary eyes. The lady sniggered.

Didn't they get any other place to solve their so-called love quarrel? Disturbing her silence moment.

The lady was seated at the front while the 'couple' were facing her backside.

The boy's glare intensified looking at the girl acting over dramatic. He inched closer not wanting others to hear the conversation. The girl shivered to look at the light blue eyes which has now turned dark.

"Stop this nonsense."

"But -"

The boy cut her off in the middle and spoke coldly.

"I don't want to be part of this joke. Get that. I never intended to marry you. So stop otherwise don't blame me for being cruel."

The boy strides away warning the girl. Her leg shook at his threatening words and the girl sat with a thud. The lady scooped back her shades.

The girl dialed a number and clutched the phone back to her ears.

"Dad. He walked away again. I am not able to grasp him in my hand" The girl spoke gritting her teeth in annoyance.

The girl heard something from the other side and her expression changed and she nodded.

"Yes, Dad. I will do it."

Hanging up she stood up and corrected the sleek pleats of her skirt and marched elegantly out of the airport.

The lady smiled slyly and muttered, "Interesting."

Suddenly her phone rang and she picked it up.

"Sorry babe. I am outside. Come."

The lady stood up and walked out of the airport. Her high boots clicked on the floor producing a pointed sound. Her trench coat swayed was swayed by the windy breeze. She peered in front and found her friend waving her hand vigorously at her.

A chuckle escaped her lips and she made her way towards her and screamed.

"Jules, Jules here."

Juliana placed her bag in the trunk and moved forward. Her friend who always behaved like an elegant and classy lady jumped on her excitedly and hugged the life out of her.

"LuLu, let me breathe." Juliana chastised her friend softly.

Luna gave her sheepish smile and looked at her surrounding. Thank lord Jesus nobody saw her otherwise her reputation. She kicked that thought out of the window and kissed her cheek.

Juliana smiled softly at her friend was behaving like a puppy who want to be pampered. They sat in the car and Luna started to drive.

"LuLu. What if I told the world the other side of the great model." Juliana smirked.

Luna smiled creepily at her best friend and said, "Then be ready to be an experiment rat in my kitchen."

Luna threatened and Juliana's expression changed at that. Even though she herself wasn't the best cook. Just some basics but her friend was terrible in the kitchen. The last time she made chocolate cake, it turned out to be as hard as a brick.

Juliana touched her jaw in apprehension reminiscing the bitter incident. Luna laughed at her sour expression.

"Don't laugh. It was horrible."

"Thank you for the praise, your highness."

Luna bowed a little and the car almost tuned imbalanced. Juliana glared at her and she muttered a small sorry pinching her left ear in her index and middle finger.

"Just don't let us die."

Luna looked at her with an offended expression and continued to drive and uttered, "I hate you."

"Me too sweetheart."

Juliana laughed at her friend's expression.
