Wake Up

"So papa knew about the invasion from that start?" Akari muttered as she looked at the giant screen in front of her. The screen was showing Ichigo and Yhwach in it.

Currently, every Shinigami is in the Bright Training Facility's enormous training room. They were watching the fight between Ichigo and Yhwach from the large flat screen TV on the wall.

"Son of the Soul King? Why would the Soul King's son be doing this? Is he trying to kill his father or something? " Ukitake asked out loud. No one had the answer.

" Never mind that! Yhwach can see every possible future and can alter it to his liking! Ichigo's dead! How can he combat that? " Rangiku asked the real question. Akari widened her eyes.

" No!!! Papa can't die! Papa's real strong! He can't die! He won't die! He... he.... " Akari started sobbing. Unohana hugged her daughter tightly.

"Please don't cry Akari. Papa's very strong. He'll find a way, he always does.... Believe in him, dear. Believe that he will win. " Unohana whispered with some tears forming at the corner of her eyes.

"Look! Yhwach's doing something!" Rukia pointed at the screen. Their attention was refocused once again.

"So you finally activated it, huh? You finally showed me your trump card. You finally showed me The Almighty. " Ichigo started speaking through the screen.

Back at the battlefield, Yhwach was frozen in place. 'What! I can't see the future! I can't see anything from him! It's like something's blocking my vision!' Yhwach panicked in his mind. Ichigo grinned.

"You're probably wondering why you can't see the future. Well, I have the perfect answer to that question." Ichigo held out his right hand. He pulled off the chains that wrapped around it.

He threw the chains away. Yhwach watched in anticipation. Ichigo's eyes suddenly, turned reddish-brown.

" Wake up, Mimihagi..... "

*FWOM!!!!*

Ichigo's right hand was covered by a black shadowy tint out of nowhere. The black tint stopped spreading when it reached his right shoulder.

All of a sudden, 15 small black colored eyes opened all over Ichigo's right hand. They looked around while blinking repeatedly. It was a creepy sight to see.

All of the eye then looked at Yhwach. They glared at him, Yhwach stepped back a little. The eyes closed, revealing a single, large eye on the back of Ichigo's right fist.

Mimihagi fixed his gaze at Yhwach. He hardened his gaze immediately.

Ichigo flipped his hand around, showing Yhwach his open palm. A mouth opened on the center of the palm, revealing two rows of extremely sharp teeth and a long protruding red tongue.

Yhwach was in disbelief, everyone watching was stunned. Even Yoruichi, who had come to help, and is the only one who knew about Ichigo's The Almighty ability, was stunned when she saw Mimihagi.

"W-what is this?" Yhwach stuttered while looking at mimihagi's mouth grinned broadly at him.

"Oh? You don't recognize Mimihagi? I thought you would know who he is. He is the right arm of the Soul King after all. " Ichigo answered him.

" Oi! Jūshirō! Isn't Mimihagi supposed to be with you?! " Shunsui asked Ukitake with a shocked face. Ukitake chuckled nervously and rubbed his head.

"Remember the time where I was rushed to the Sōgō Kyūgo Tsumesho to get the artificial lungs? Yeah, it's because Ichigo absorbed Mimihagi out of my body." Ukitake answered with a sheepish grin. Shunsui was baffled.

" That was the real reason!? You said that Mimihagi escaped your body! " Shunsui shouted in disbelief. Ukitake nodded.

"It's to hide the fact that Ichigo absorbed Mimihagi. You will see him as untrustworthy if I spoke the truth." Ukitake answered. Shunsui groaned.

" This kid is insane. " Shunsui grumbled.

" Mama. Why did papa's arm switch sides? " Akari asked Unohana. Unohana giggled.

" It's just a transformation, Akari. Papa did not 'switch sides'." Unohana answered. Yachiru was in awe.

" Kenny, look! Did you see that! It's so cool!! " Yachiru shouted excitedly. Zaraki nodded.

" I did, Yachiru. It's alright I guess. My Shikai is way cooler than that." Zaraki grumbled jealously. Yachiru giggled.

"M-Mimihagi. I-impossible. I thought it was fused with Jūshirō Ukitake." Yhwach muttered.

" That's what you think. I had him for almost 3 years now." Ichigo answered while flexing his right hand.

"Hey! Nemu! Can you zoom in on Ichigo?" Yoruichi asked. She wanted to see if The Almighty was activated.

Nemu did what she was told. When she zoomed in onto Ichigo's eyes, everyone gasped in shock and disbelief.

"Woah! Papa has alien eyes!" Akari pointed at the screen. Orihime squealed.

"Eek!!! Ichigo's an alien!" Orihime shouted while looking at Ichigo dreamily.

"Now pan the camera to Yhwach." Yoruichi ordered. Nemu did that. When she did, everyone saw Yhwach having three reddish-brown eyes in one eye socket.

"Does that mean that Yhwach's The Almighty is stronger than Ichigo's?" Rukia wondered out loud. No one answered, they were all still in the middle of processing Ichigo revealing his hidden abilities.

"You can't see my future, but I can see yours as clear as day. And all I see are your defeat." Ichigo grinned maniacally at Yhwach. Yhwach gripped his fists, drawing blood. He was shaking a little.

" I don't believe it..... I DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!!! " Yhwach shouted crazily.

" Ahhhhhh!!!! " Yhwach shouted as he charged towards Ichigo. Ichigo grinned as he disappeared.

*Plop!*

Yhwach's left arm fell off his body. There was no signs of it being cut. It just fell off. Yhwach screamed as he created another Reishi Broadsword.

He tried to attack Ichigo. But Ichigo created a long string made out of darkness and wrapped his around Yhwach's right arm, releasing his grip on the broadsword.

He released his grip. Yhwach widened his eyes as he looked at his right arm which was flopping like jelly.

"You're probably wondering why you cannot control your right arm. It's because I stopped it from happening. Mimihagi governs stagnation, the stopping of development, growth, progress, and change.

It can prevent whatever that tries to change or develop from happening via symbiosis. There's a very small piece of Mimihagi in your body, Yhwach. The piece is so small that you can't even find it even if you tried to sense it." Ichigo grinned at him.

" Woah!!! Papa's so cool!" Akari had stars shining in her blue eyes as she listened to her father explaining his abilities.

"This..... this can't be happening..." Yhwach whispered with a hint of fear in his voice.

"I think I figured you out, Yhwach. You think that by activating The Almighty, you've already won the battle huh. The Almighty lets you see every possible future and alter it to your liking. I think I understand you now. " Ichigo looked at him with his four eyes menacingly. A dark aura glowed around him dangerously.

" You are a coward, Yhwach. You are a coward who fears death the most. You want to avoid death every way possible. And that is why..... " Ichigo held out his right hand, dark matter started gathering around it. It formed an all black medieval sword.

"You will experience what it's like.....
