Chapter 5: A new me.
3 years later...
"Young miss, old Master wishes to see you", a lady in her early twenties said as she stood a couple steps away from the young lady who was looking out of the balcony.
The young lady had a straight posture. Her beautiful curves were highlighted by the peach color mid thigh length bodycon dress she was wearing. Her emerald green eyes were cold as ever. Though her body was slim and curvy but her face was chubby just like a small girl.
Her fair flawless skin shined under the sunlight. A face of an innocent baby, body of a goddess, temperament of a Queen; she was deadly combination. Any man would beg her for her one single glance.
"Get my jet ready", Lily ordered as she stared at the garden outside.
In these past three years, she had just disappeared from New York. No one except the old Master knew where she was. But even her current whereabouts was unknown by him so he had to call her to make her return.

Wearing a light pink bow pants and white blouse tucked inside, a matching overcoat over her shoulders and white high heels, Lily walked out of her private jet. Her short shoulder length brown hairs were tucked behind her left ear while the other side was let open.
A latest limited edition purse in her left arm and black shades on her small fair face completed her entire look. She looked like a classy businesswoman with the aura of a Queen.
Getting into the car, she was drove to Old Sheng Mansion where her grandfather lived.
As soon as her car along with the other four black cars full of bodyguards for her entered the estate, every servant lined up by the entrace to greet their young miss.
Lily stepped down the car elegantly and walked inside. Every servant bowed to her as she walked inside to the old man who was standing by the end of the rows of so many servants.
"Grandfather", she called out in a firm tone and gave a small bow.
Old Master Sheng patted head of his beloved grand daughter and smiled. "You seem to have forgotten this old man after you left", he spoke unhappily. She didn't say anything and looked at him blankly.
He sighed looking at the grand daughter who was once like a bubble of joy but now she was so emotionless. Her EQ suddenly went so low.
"Get freshen up. I've something to talk to you", he said to which she nodded and went to her room to freshen up.

The pair of grandfather and grand daughter sat in the dining room while they ate their dinner in silence but the old man decided to break the silence. He put down his chopsticks and looked at her.
"Xiao Lily", he called out her to which she looked up at him. "Since now you've finished your studies, I wanted you to get training under someone who I think is very capable."
Lily heard him carefully as he spoke since she didn't want to disrespect him given that he not only helped the real Lily but even her after her rebirth.
"After you train under him for a while, I'll let you enter Sheng Corporation. I could have let you in but that would be unfair to your siblings and everyone would raise finger at you. So, I want you to get trained for a while."
Lily nodded. "If you have any objections you can let me know", he said studying her expression carefully but it hard given that her face was always expressionless.
Lily put down her chopsticks and wiped her lips with napkin. "I have no objection, grandfather", she said to which the old man smiled and patted her head.
"Great then I've already gotten your appointment for tomorrow. I knew you wouldn't say no", he said excitedly making her stare at him with an unbelievable look.

In the morning, Lily put on a blue above knee length dress and matching heels. Her wavy hairs were let down. A silver chain watch on her wrist. She looked professional and beautiful.
"Grandfather, which company..." She was cut off by the old man. "You'll know when you reach. You won't be disappointed."
Lily gave a nod and left for office.
As the car drove to the company, she felt uneasy for some reason but when the car stopped, she felt her heart would jump out of her chest. She stepped out of her car and looked up at the golden letters that said, "ANDRES GROUPS."
"You sure this is the company grandfather said?", She asked her driver who gave a nod.
Lily sighed deeply and bite her lower lip. Taking a deep breath in, she walked inside.
She was familiar with the surrounding and the people but couldn't speak a word. As she entered, she saw the employees continuously move around. She went to the reception and asked where she was supposed to go.
"Ma'am, take this elevator and go to 30th floor then you'll have to take the elevator that goes to the CEO'S office", the lady explained politely to which Lily nodded.
In the past, she would just use the private elevator which only Sam and some other people used but now things have changed. She is no more his wife.
Lily took the elevator and went to the CEO'S office which was on 54th floor. She asked the secretary who was sitting outside the office if Sam was inside. She so much wished for a negative answer but no, her luck was not on her side.
She sighed and knocked on the door.
"Come in", his deep voice rang in her ears. It's been years since she heard that voice. Composing herself, Lily walked inside the cabin confidently which seemed to fly out of window with each step she took.
The man sitting behind the table looked so tired. His silver hairs were in a mess like he ran his hands through them several times. He had dark circles under his eyes yet he did not stop and was working continuously.
Her heart ached looking at him but she couldn't do anything.
"Good morning, bad... Mr. Andres", she cursed herself for the mistake she was going to do. His eyes were still stuck to the laptop while he gave a small nod. "Get me a glass of water", he ordered.
Lily blinked a few times. "Are you deaf? I said get me water", he ordered again making her roll her eyes. "Yeah yeah. Like I'm your servant", she blabbered as she got him a glass of water.
Hearing her words, he looked up at her scaring her. He took the glass from her hand and kept it on the table. "What did you just say?", He asked her looking into her eyes with his cold ones.
Lily gulped and looked away. "What?", She asked.
"Who are you? Just now you said you're not servant", he said looking at her face. "Y-You're mistaken, Mr. Andres", she shuttered and took a few steps back. He stared at her like he was trying to see through her soul.
"Who are you?", He asked again. Lily took a step back and composed herself before she spoke in a firm tone. "I'm Lily Sheng, my grandfather would have talked to you about me."
Sam examined her from top to bottom before he gave a nod.
Lily heaved a sigh and looked around. "Here is my resume", she gave him the file she got with her. "No need. Even if your resume is worst, you'll still get the job anyways. You'll be my personal secretary but before that..."
Lily cut him off in between and spoke in displeasure, "Wasn't your wife the same? She had you backing her..."
Before she could speak further, his cold gaze was staring at her and the temperature of the room dropped. He stood up from his chair and walked to her and grabbed her by her throat.
"Do you believe I can kill you right now? How dare you speak of her?", He growled and strangled her. Lily coughed and held his wrist. Her eyes started tearing up as she looked into his eyes with a painful look.
As he stared into her eyes, he felt an unknown emotion and his grip loosened on its own. He took a step back as she stood there rubbing her neck and coughed. For a minute, he kept staring at her without a word.
Lily looked up coldly and glared at him. "Who the fuck do you think you are?", She shouted and marched towards him. "I heard after her death you never touched a woman", she spoke and smirked while he kept staring at her absent-mindedly.
Lily grabbed his necktie and pulled him down as she whispered into his ear, "I will make you beg me, Mr. Andres." Sam pushed her away and glared at her.
"If you weren't grand daughter of old man, I'd have killed you right here. Don't test me. The next time you dare come near me, I will forget who you are", he warned her.
Lily chuckled and said, "You'll beg me to touch you."
