Betrayal

Until death came and I found out that my brain was dug out of my head by the same person who I'd fought to protect for over 7 years for each and every single day. With a sneer the lady in a sweatshirt stood in front of me while i was tied on a bench in a manner I was unable to move a single body part.

"Does it hurt?...Why aren't you screaming then" She screamed like a psychopath. While my eyes were bloodshot and all the wrenching pain that I felt over the body could not compare to the feeling of betrayal that made my heart shudder.

'What did I do' I thought while my body was covered in various wounds and my face was dripping with blood. While the person who was responsible for the pain was sneering at me saying vulgar words and wielding a small dagger to make me bleed I replayed my life over the last seven years where everyday I would suffer even worse beating and torture and yet work hard to save the same person who betrayed me...I was aghast. Of the people I killed each one was insignificant to me. I had killed my companions for this woman. To protect her.....
