Hugo flew within the veil of darkness without much difficulty. Night had never been much of a hindrance towards him. In fact, he preferred doing most things at night since it was just that easy for him.

After the bright pillar of light appeared from the ground, he and Charls received news that there had been reports of a final Anomaly. Multiple times bigger and stronger than the rest of them.

The location of Vector's final Anomaly was disturbingly close to Hugo's home. By disturbing, he meant the park that Hugo had stopped being a child in.
