Chapter 10 : Noble

Drasil:"Who is he?"

Hanazu:"I don't know..."

[_Leaving at a question, both of them decide on continue their exploration to collect a point.

Suddenly_]

"Kyaaaaaaaaa, help me!"

"!!"

[_An unexpected sound of a girl shouting make Hanazu and Drasil shocked_]

Drasil : "What the hell"

Hanazu : "Let's go and check"

Drasil : "Aight"

[_Immediately after, They then go and check what just happen by coming on the direction the sound come from.

On the scene_,,

A girl with black ponytail hairstyle is standing in front of the mob which is a big bird type of monster.

Being terrified the girl raised her palm toward the monster_]

The girl : "No, get away from me! Don't come near me !"_the girl shouted,,

"Uwarggghhh"_the bird monster roar,,

[_After that_,,

The monster fly and try to attack the girl with it's claw

But_,,

Just a moment the claw about to hit the girl_]

Hanazu : "Restoration Magic : Recreation!"

[_Hanazu arrives on the scene just in time and pull out a shield using his magic to defend the monster attack. In the meantime Hanazu block the attack, the girl goes beside to secure her safety.

Not long after_,,

Drasil also arrives in the scene. As he try to read the situation Drasil shocked._]

Drasil : "Hiira!"

Hiira : "Ah, you're Drasil!"

[_Hearing the name , Hanazu thought that he must have heard it before and so he realized that Hiira is also one of noble which means that she is Drasil and Arisu cousin._]

'But, isn't she being place at 3rd place on Mana scaling. Then why she need a help?'_Hanazu thought .

"Uwarggghhh"

Drasil : "look like it can give us a time for chit chat"

[_The monster roar loudly and prepare to launch it next attack toward them. As Hanazu looking at situation, he thought_]

'Drasil can't use it magic as it will burn the forest. So..'

Hanazu : "Hiira, can you launch an attack toward the monster when I block it next attack?"

Hiira :"Ah....I'm sorry...I can't"

Hanazu :"What?"

[_Being confuse to that answer, suddenly_]

Drasil :" Hanazu, I have an idea!"

[_The monster fly and attack Hanazu, Hanazu block it with his shield like before. This time, Hanazu pull out a spear a thrust the feet of the monster make it fall beside._]

Hanazu :"Just tell me what I need to do, Drasil"

Drasil :"I need you to lure it to fly onto us"

Hanazu:"Say less"

[_The monster stand up and run toward Hanazu. It's unexpected to Hanazu as he think that the monster will never use it leg that has been injured by the thrust he made before.

The monster then try to bit Hanazu but luckily he evade it by inch. The monster then try again it's pattern of attacking._]

Hanazu :" This might be a problem.., Hiira can't you tell me what your magic is"

Hiira :"Uhh, mine is light. But all I can do is making flash and heal the others..."

Hanazu :" I see then, I have request for you to do. The moment I say "now" I need you to use the flash thing."

Hiira :" Okay"

[_And then the monster coming toward Hanazu and he block it again with his shield._]

Hanazu :"Drasil, shoot your fireball on its ground where it's standing"

Drasil :" Roger that, Ancient Fire Magic: Fireball"

[_Drasil fire out his fireball toward the ground and the result is the monster jump to evade the attack. But because of massive explosion the monster get thrown upward finally using its wing to fly. In that time, Hanazu get knock back after blocking the explosion with his shield._]

Hanazu : "Hiira, now!"

Hiira :"Okay, Light Magic : Light Spark!"

[_ The place then get covered by a bright light making the monster closed its eyes on mid air_]

Drasil :" Good, now it's my time to shine. Ancient Fire Magic : Fire beam"

[_By condesing it's fireball, Drasil shot a fire like laser toward the monster . The beam hit its wing and also injured it's left part of head.

It's super effective and brilliant to avoid Drasil attack burn the forest.

After that_,,

The monster fall to the ground create a big smoke.

It's a celebration moment for them on successing kill the monster._

But_,,

As the smoke gradually disappear, the monster which we thought had died is now standing and roaring angrily toward them.

They seem suprised of how stubborn the monster don't want to die yet.

The monster then charged it way toward them even though there are blood dripping from its body._]

Drasil : "This Bird!"

[_Hanazu then pull out a sword and be ready to spar with it again

Suddenly_,,

Someone is coming with a high speed going through them and slash the monster in the blink of eye.

The boy with grey hair wearing a mask putting his dual sword into it place at his hip .

He then facing toward Hanazu , Drasil and Hiira introducing himself_]

The boy :" My name is Kashikoi Hito, Hiira partner of this trial"

Drasil :"Well it's been long time I haven't see you. But in this regard, I have been thinking on forming a team. How's that sound about?"

Hiira :"Well, it kind of a good id-"

Hito :"NO"

[_A quick rejection from Hito make Hanazu and Drasil being stunned to speak._]

Hito :"I don't see why we need on forming a team. Beside, are you trying to get an opportunity to pass this trial doing nothing?"

Hanazu:"What, no. That's not our intent. We just want enough companion on this trial so it can become easier for us to pass."

Hito :"Don't you think that having more teammate is the more harder you earn the point"

Drasil :"But-"

[_Drasil can't start his sentence as he has nothing to say to go against that fact Hito just say._]

Hiira :"It's okay Hito, I'm alright with them"

Hito :"I'm sorry Hiira-sama, but I can't let it happen. Even if it's Drasil who request that I still can't"

Hiira:"Baka, stop calling me that, we aren't in the mansion. You are my partner here not my butler anymore."

Hito :"Alright ii, anyways it's a shame that we reject that request,Drasil"

Drasil :"I'm okay, when I think about it. Your point are true,"

Hito :"Then, I'm going to thank you for trying to defend Hiira-sam- I mean Hiira San from that monster. We are going to take a leave right now. See you "

Hiira :"Now? Ah, see you"

[_With that, Hiira and Hito leave the scene.

Hanazu and Drasil continue their exploration on collecting a point to complete their trial. On their way,_]

Drasil :"Awww, look like we fail again on recruiting someone"

Hanazu :"It's okay, I think we are good already"

Drasil :"Even so, I'm wanting to complete the trial with them"

Hanazu :"I think that they will surely complete this trial. By the way, I'm curious about Hiira"

Drasil :"You mean?"

Hanazu :"Yea right she's Noble like you right? But why can't she use any attack spell?"

Drasil :"Well..., You see among the three cousin that I have except Arisu, Hiira is maybe the one who can surpass me in mana level . But, Hiira can't use any attack spell not because she can't but she prefer not to. There a story why is it like that... But because of that she stop focusing on using attack skill ever since. Gradually she forgot and can't cast an attack spell till now"

Hanazu :"I see... But how she got pass in the second trial? Doesn't it need her to damage the dummies?"

Drasil :"About that, we Noble and Royal are exception because we are already signed to be the student of this academy which means that we actually don't even need to attend the trial haha"

Hanazu :"Good to be you"

[_After that_,,

They hunted many mob in the forest and success on collecting 40,000 point

As they going to search a place for preparing dinner and place to sleep they meet with someone on their way.

The guy is wearing a headband with red hair come to them_]

"Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Rago ,gonna be direct to the point. Can I join your team?"
