Chapter 41...The Golliath,Overkill

I wake up the next day, my goal this time is to stay in the dungeon for ten days and earn at least more than 40,000,000 Vali.

I looked at the sword that had the Durandal attribute, it was badly damaged, and although it burned bright, it died just as easily.

Since it did have the attribute, that made the sword very strong, so strong that it began to break under the pressure of the said attribute.

Initially, I was angry at the makers of the sword and wanted to have a word with them.

Eina was the one that told me about this problem, and that it was expected of a sword of such calibre.

'I will only buy swords from the Hephaestus familia from now on, hmph'

The crystals from a 9th floor Silverback were strong enough to earn me 50,000 Vali, I haven't received my previous amount but it seems that if I kill wyverns and Hellhounds, I will receive at least 80,000 Vali for each stone, not to mention stones of an even higher calibre.

After meeting with Bell at the Babel tower, we both went in for the day, I accompanied him to the seventh floor, I made it my personal mission to grill the ways of handling weapons in his head

Just looking at him clumsily waving his made me angry enough that I wanted to strangle him, I trained him along the way as he dealt with monsters.

I made sure that I honed his senses, meanwhile, I stayed in my Aura bubble that protected me against weaker enemies easily.

"Are you tired!?" I asked him as he panted, he nodded his head to which I shoved another potion down his throat and had his work like a horse.

"Alright, have your Falna checked today by Hestia, you should have grown much stronger," I said to him and continued in my mind

'Especially since I kept reminding you of your crush and that broken skill of yours'

"umm, you are not coming with me," he asked

"I am afraid not, I usually stay in the dungeon for a week, tell Hestia I will be back in ten days max," I told him.

Although he was shocked and wanted me to reconsider, I decided it was better to run away before he said anything.

I directly avoided it as I made my way to the middle floors and started bombarding the monsters left and right with Aura Bullets, though I had to use My Willslash(Slashes produced by his Weapons Grandmaster) to kill off the Crystal Mantises.

Before I knew it I was killing several Hellhounds and Wyverns followed by any monster that I set my sights on.

Along the way I came across a huge adventurer party, some of them yelled at me, trying to tell me something, I didn't pay them any mind and kept going, I wanted to go beyond the 17 th floor this time and train there

'Maybe I will get to fight the Goliath and get drops'

After half a day of running constantly and killing monsters left and right, I was spent, usually, I try and conserve my energy to last for days inside.

But I guess money really makes you greedy

I took a bit of rest after taking care of a dozen or so minotaurs and cleaning the area.

The next floor was the 17th floor, I could feel it, swarming with hundreds of previous floor monsters and a rather sinister aura of what I can only assume is the Goliath.

'I should probably rest for an hour and then walk ahead.' I thought as I sat down and gulped a potion, these things were a lifesaver for me.

While I laid down on the hard floor of the dungeon, I surveyed the floor, for any signs of enemies approaching to not be caught off-guard.

I got up with renewed vigour and my reserves back to eighty per cents, I haven't even used my new skills all this while to not waste energy, but the next floor will truly test the skills.

Although I knew that my level was strong enough to take on the Goliath, it didn't mean I won't be nervous when I go in and look at a towering Titan Wannabee.

I used Aura's body and pushed against the ground as I reached high in the sky, using the Aura bullets and Levitation.

Along with Weaken and Last stand, I started taking out enemies as fast as I can, they practically had no time to defend themselves as I turned them to ashes.

My aura increased along with my stats, allowing me to feel a rush of power like never before, using the wall next to me as a push, I rocketed towards the giant titan and several of its weakness appeared in my eyes.

For the first time I felt a monster buckling away from me, I could see fear in its eyes, and for a moment I couldn't help but turn prideful, as much as I like to deny it.

It felt good being strong

I delivered a clean cut on its neck as I decapitated it.

The ashes of the previous monsters still dissipating, I made sure to send in a couple more slashes to make sure the guy was dead.

Looking at the whole area filled with so many magic cores and drops. I couldn't help but drool at the sight.

Honestly! it took me longer to clean up the place than to actually kill the monsters, plus the small amount of exhaustion I felt from my use of Last Stand and Weaken.

The rewards I gained from the first floor to the 17th floor were good enough though
