The Revival Of The King

Lady Death: "The King Has Returned."

After the completion of the transformation, Black Adam opened his opened his eyes which is glowing with the same arcane lightening.

Black Adam: "Aaaahhhhhh...."

With a very loud shouting, Black Adam began to float in the air with his new found arcane lightening flowing all over his body and also around him.

After a few moments of floating in the air, Black Adam stabilized himself and his lightening and then he landed on the ground with his eyes scanning his surrounding area and his own situation.

Black Adam: "How am I alive ?"

This was the first sentence that came out of his mouth and it was kind of expected as the memories of his own death by the hands of Zeus immediately struck in his head which made this question to come out of his mouth.

Hearing his question, the Egyptian Gods remained unfazed but the only person to show some movement was Lady Death.

Lady Death moved closer to the side of Black Adam and in a whispering like tone she said in his ears, "You were dead. But I have revived you. Don't you remember the promise I made to you."

After hearing the words of Lady Death, Black Adam remembered the deal they both have made on the day when Black Adam had killed Ahk ton and also the very first day when he had met with Lady Death.

Lady Death: "Not only I have revived you but I have also arranged yours powers for you as well. Black Adam meet The Gods Of Egypt who have bestowed their powers on you."

Hearing the words of Lady Death, Black Adam looked at The Gods who are sitting on their chairs emitting a divine aura.

Black Adam didn't have a slightest sign of happiness, sadness or anything else all he has on his face is a very bland and zero emotion.

Shu: "Human we have given you our powers for a special purpose. So you must do that."

Zehuti: "Mortal you are given a second chance because of us. So you must do what we say."

Glaring at the Gods with a look full of disdain Black Adam said, "What do you Gods think of yourself and the lives of us, The Mortals ? Where were you all Gods went when my people were living in hell under the dictatorial rule of Ahk ton ? My people died, suffered, didn't even get the basic food and water. We all were crying and begging to you Gods for saving us but none of you came to save us. And when I tried to save my people some God just like you killed me and then when that very same God threatened you all, at that moment you realized your lowly place and gave me powers to became your lap dog. Listen to my words very carefully so called Gods and engrave it in your mind and very soul properly, That I, Black Adam has lived his one life for his people and for Kahndaq and now in this second life of mine I will live for My People and My Kahndaq. And anyone who try to rise against my people and my Kahndaq will be perished to dust and that person's soul will be devoured by the ghouls of Hell."

Pain, anger, resentment, determination and a strong will of revenge clearly felt everyone who heard these words of Black Adam.

For a brief moment The Gods Of Egypt got scared of the mortal standing before whose body is surging with their own powers.

After giving his own befitting reply to the Gods, Black Adam looked at Lady Death and said to her, "I am grateful to you as well for reviving me. But now I must return to my people and then proceed for my revenge."

"Chuckle..." With a small chuckle, Lady Death came closer to Black Adam and stood in front of him and then she put her both hands on his broad shoulders and said,

Lady Death: "Sure you should go back to your people but with me. After all I have made a promise to them that I will bring you back to them before sunset."

Black Adam: "Sure then let's go."

Lady Death: "Wait a minute."

Saying these words to Black Adam, Lady Death turned back towards the Gods and staring at them she said, "Aren't you all forgetting something ?"

The Gods went into a deep silence and seeing this silence of theirs, a small smile escaped from her lips and then she said, "Give him the Key."

Hearing the word, "Key", Amun got up from his throne seat and moved closer to Black Adam.

Then standing like a tall tower in front of Black Adam, Amun moved his hand in front of him and began to chant some words, "Might. Knowledge. Eternity. Stone. Power. Combined together."

Once the chanting got the finished from the mouth of Amun, a spiral of golden light began to spin on his hand and in the middle of that light spiral a key began to appear.

Soon the spiral light disappeared leaving only the key floating on the hand of Amun. Now looking at Black Adam, Amun said, "Human take this key. It will help you to reach at The Rock Of Eternity where those wizards live who had given you powers and then took them away from you as well."

Hearing the purpose of the Key, Black Adam immediately grabbed it from Amun's hand while his eyes burning with fire which Lady Death noticed clearly and a smirk appeared on her face.

"Let's go. Your people are waiting for their King." Appearing at the side of Black Adam, Lady Death said these words to draw his attention towards her.

In response to her words, Black Adam just gave her a nod and then Black Adam put his hand over Lady Death's slim waist and pulled her closer to him.

Staring into the deep eyes of Black Adam, Lady Death with a smile on her face said, "What are planning to do ?"

Black Adam being serious as usual replied to her, "I am taking both of us back to Kahndaq. I hope you don't have any objection to it."

Lady Death: "I don't have any objection to it."

Black Adam: "Then that's good. Hold me tightly."

Without saying anything and just with a smile Lady Death held the strong body of Black Adam and on the other hand Black Adam gave one final stare to the Gods and then activating his new found arcanian lightening, Black Adam holding Lady Death flew away from that place.

Zehuti: "Have we done the right thing Amun ?"

Amun: "That only time will tell."

After this brief conversation with each other and with a deep thinking about their action of reviving Black Adam, the Gods went back to their deep meditation once again.

Meanwhile with his new found power the speed of Black Adam's flying has increased very greatly and within a few seconds Black Adam holding Lady Death in his arms entered in the aerial space of Kahndaq.

Reaching in the aerial space Black Adam looked down onto the ground where he saw his people mourning and filled with sorrow and sadness.

Lady Death: "You are the Sun of hope for these people. They are waiting for you."

Black Adam: "They are my biggest strength. They are the ones for whom I lived my life. And I will protect them from any harm."

Lady Death: "So let's go and meet them."

On the ground, the mourning and sorrow filled people of Kahndaq heard a sound of lightening and when they looked up in the sky, they all saw a bolt of arcanian lightening coming towards them.

Kahndaqi Man #1: "What is this now ?"

Old Man: "We had lost our King in the morning. And now yet another problem has come to us."

Soon the lightening bolt hit the sand filled ground of Kahndaq creating a small storm of sand that blinded the people of Kahndaq.

Cleaning their eyes out of the sand dust, the people of Kahndaq saw Lady Death coming out of that sand storm and then they saw a tall, muscular and lightening surging Human standing in front of them.

Soon the sand storm subsided and the people of Kahndaq now clearly saw their King standing in front of them perfectly fine and strong.

Lady Death: "People Of Kahndaq REJOICE for your King Has Been Revived and Has Returned To Your Side."

Hearing the words of Lady Death, the people of Kahndaq immediately moved closer to their King and began to touch him just to experience the truth of their King's revival.

Touching their King they all felt Black Adam's muscles and flesh and this feeling brought out their tears of Joy out of their eyes.

Old Man: "My King you have returned."

Lady: "My King you have come back to us."

Black Adam: "Yes My People. I have returned to you. And from now on I am going to be the wall that will stand between you all and the threats that shall try to harm you."
