Looking at the exchange between his father and sister, Jin smiled. To be honest he kind of felt slightly nervous too.

However, as the older brother, he held his sister's hand and said, "Don't worry, sister. I'll be there for you. Don't you remember what you said yesterday? You'll introduce me to your friends, right?"

Hearing her brother's words, Tanya smiled excitedly and answered, "Mhm!"

Leo looked proud of his son. He then lowered his body to see his children closer and ruffled their heads.

"You got this! I'll be waiting for you, okay?" He smiled as he encouraged them.

The siblings smiled and nodded before setting off.

Outside the Admissions Office, one could see a stream of children exiting the building and walking towards the training grounds.

Some children were tearing up, wanting to be with their parents, some were with their friend groups and some had a determined expression on their faces as if they're soldiers risking their lives on the battlefield.

As Jin and Tanya arrived at the training grounds, they could see a four people standing on the platform.

They saw that the man called Oswin was also one of them. However, unlike earlier, he looked less rough and much more presentable this time.

They also saw another man with red hair who seemed only a little less bulkier than Oswin but was still quite bulky. There was also a woman with brown hair and a grin on her face.

After all the children arrived at the training grounds, they could see a man who seemed to be in his 60s walking to the podium.

He was bald and had a long gray beard flowing down to his chest. However, despite his aged appearance, his big and muscular body could be barely contained beneath his clothes.

He spoke, "I am the director of the Training Center, you can call me Director Ver. Now, I'm not good with these kind of things so let's just keep it short. You children are aspiring warriors and soldiers of the Cabanary Fortress. From this moment on, you are not mere children but trainees! Trainees that will shoulder the future of the fortress!"

Woahhh—

Although Director Ver didn't use any profound words of inspiration, just his presence and charisma alone were enough to make the blood of the children boil.

Not wasting any time, Director Ver spoke again, "The people you are seeing on the stage with me will be your instructors for the year! Make sure to treat them with respect!"

The children nodded solemnly in response to his words.

Following that, each of the instructors walked to the stadium and introduced themselves, as well as their specialties and the subjects they would be teaching.

Jin listened carefully while Tanya waved excitedly, spotting some of her friends in the crowd.

The first to talk was Oswin. He went to the podium and spoke with a gruff voice, "Hi trainees, I'm Instructor Oswin! I'll be incharge of your Weapon Proficiency Subject! Although I specialize in the sword, I also have the knowledge to teach about other weapons…"

"Instructor Oswin? Isn't he a knight of Lord Axton?"

"That can't be, maybe we didn't hear it right?"

"Didn't you know? Anton, Lord Axton's son will also be attending the Training Center!"

"Really? Then that must be the reason!"

Whispers could be heard from the crowd as they listened to Oswin's speech.

After he was done talking, the red haired bulky man was the next one to talk.

He had an unexpectedly gentle voice as he spoke, "I am Instructor Clyde, the one who will be teaching you about Aura Circulation. For those aspiring soldiers without aura, you don't have to worry as this subject will also be beneficial to you…"

He went on and on about the importance and benefits of his subjects to the trainees. Stating that aura was not only for battle but also has other uses.

After he finished talking, he left and walked to the side of the stage beside Oswin.

The woman with her brown hair tied into a ponytail went to the podium. She looked at the children for a while before speaking, "Hey wimps! I'm Instructor Agnes. The one who will make sure that you lot would not stay as weak as you are right now! I'm the one incharge for your physical training…"

The aggressive tone of her voice shook the children awake. They gulped silently as they felt scared of the ruffian-like woman.

"Pffft! Agnes still hasn't change, huh." Oswin chuckled secretly as he whispered to Clyde and Director Ver beside him.

"Y-Yes, Ms. Agnes is still as lively as ever…" Clyde stuttered, looking as if he was scared of the woman.

"Hmph! You're generation really is the worst." Director Ver commented on the side.

"Awww, old man, don't be like that! Our generation was the most talented out of all the generations you held, right?" Oswin chuckled as he spoke in a familiar manner.

Director Ver just clicked his tongue in response, making both Oswin and Clyde chuckle softly.

"Hey, old man. Did some of the children caught your eye?" Oswin asked curiously in a whisper when he noticed Director Ver looking at the children.

Director Ver kept silent for a moment before answering, "Hmm, there's quite the number of oustanding pupils this time…"

Hearing his words, both Oswin and Clyde looked curious.

"That one, he's the child of the castellan, right?" The Director asked while pointing at a black haired boy with a serious expression in the crowd.

"Yes, old man." Oswin answered.

Director Ver caressed his beard, "As expected he's outstanding…"

Following that, he pointed to a total of 20 children in the crowd which all had outstanding potentials.

Then, his sight wandered over to where Jin and Tanya was.

"How about those two?" Director Ver asked.

Oswin looked over and answered, "Their the twins of Leo, old man."

"Leo huh… The one with that peculiar technique?"

"Yes old man, his Burning Sword Style really left an impression to you, huh?" Oswin chuckled as he answered.

Director Ver clicked his tongue and said, "How could it not? It's the reason why he can contend with you despite being a class lower!"

Oswin just scratched his head in embarrassment.

A technique that could utilize one's affinity was rare. Therefore, Leo's Burning Sword Style was quite famous in the fortress.
