Repelling

The red haired woman changed to white haired woman! Just a note to pay attention to.

Kane returned to the underground fighting ring and walked into Chazz's office. Chaz looked up and said "Back" Kane nodded and said "Do you have a secure hidden location? I need a development lab." Chazz perked up and said "I can get one! What do you need?"

Kane rattled off a ton of equipment in a single breath and added "And it has to all be secure, nothing can leak out of it." Chazz nodded and said "I'll have it done soon!" Kane said "3 days max." before leaving, Chazz immediately got on his phone and started making calls, as far as he was concerned, science=superpowers for him!

Kane had a large backpack on and looked at the fighting ring, before squinting at the whitehaired woman. If he was remembering correctly, he had bumped into her on his way out yesterday. The whitehaired woman was fighting against some random and her arms turned into white tiger paws as she ripped the guy to shreds.

Kane was surprised and Venom snorted saying "Big deal, we can do that too." Kane chuckled and turned around to go to the store. The whitehaired woman saw Kane and mumbled something to herself before chasing after him.

Kane felt someone was following him and lifted up his hood before jumping onto the roof of a building and running to the other alley and onto a different street.

Kane looked behind him and didn't see anyone, he turned back and continued to a computer store. He bought a laptop and a few screens as well as a bunch of cables and USBs. He packed them all into a few bags and walked to a tool store, he bought a ton of tools before going back to the abandoned house he was living in.

Kane put the bags down before taking out a bunch of chocolates and feeding Venom. After that he lied on his back and waited.

3 days later

Chazz told him the place was ready and Kane went to the location. He saw an old factory with a bunch of trees and foliage covering it, he walked inside and through a hatch on the ground before coming into a giant room with a hallway at the back.

There were tables, chairs, a bar, fridge, TVs, etc. There were also a few doors on each side of the room. Kane ignored it and walked to the hallway before seeing a steel door. He opened the steel door and walked into a workshop of sorts.

It had everything Kane asked for.

Kane nodded in satisfaction and set up his computer and screens, wiring everything together before opening his laptop and turning it into a ghost. Kane hooked up into the internet before re-configuring it to be completely un-trackable.

Kane sat in a chair and rolled it over to a big network box. He pulled it with him and set it up next to the computer before he started typing.

After hours

Kane rubbed his hands and hit 'enter'. Suddenly a mechanical voice was heard "Hello, Kane."

Kane grinned and said "You're new name is Megan, configure voice to ffhset." Megan had a new girly voice and said "Hey Kane~" Kane chuckled and took out the Ironman suit he stole. He hooked it up to the computer and leaned back as he said "Megan, show me the schematics of the suit on monitor A, the circuit boards on monitor B, and the A.I configuration on monitor C."

Megan said "Right away Kane~"

The monitors lit up and Kane looked at them all before wheeling over the table that the Ironman suit was on and opening his tool box. He dismantled the suit and started tinkering with it. He might not have the capital Tony has but he can get the bare minimum required, he had the brains just not the resources to make it easier.

It was actually a 'primitive' version of what he saw in Tony's lab.

Kane was working with a serious look on his face. He was bare-chested, with shorts and slippers on. Kane lit a cigarette as he worked and pulled goggles over his face, that were connected to Megan with a wire, as he said "Megan, show me the news in the corner of the goggles."

Megan said sweetly "Okay~ Big things happened at Stark's Expo." Kane worked and watched at the same time before saying "Such a shame. Hammer is an idiot. Ah, what I could do with a billion dollars.. What a waste."

Megan said "Kane, you have a call~" Kane was confused and said "A call? How?" Megan was about to answer when a voice came through "Well, when you tinker with MY tech, you expect to stay in the dark?"

Kane 'ohhh'd' and went back to work saying "The tinman calls! Weren't you looking for a new heart? Oh wait, was it inside you all along?" Tony said "Harhar, you should think about becoming a comedian. I'll come watch at least."

Kane exhaled and fiddled with a few wires as he said "How much they pay for comedians nowadays?" Megan said "Around 2000 a performance." Kane clicked his tongue and said "Can't pay my bills, Tinman. How did you find me by the way?"

Tony said "Is that an A.I? You're copying me? Nice choice. Also, I had a hard time but I found a little bit of Jarvis in the suit that you missed and got your internet number. Although, I still can't find you exactly."

Kane said "I'm in Alaska, maybe send a letter next time?" as he went into the suit again and clicked his tongue "Gotcha." and disconnected a wire. Tony hummed "Ah, there it goes. What do you think?"

Kane said "Meh, could be better. Your repulsor cannons are a bit crude and the suit can't travel through space. I guess it'll do for Earth though, not what I'm looking for however. But hey! What do I know?"

Tony said "You want to go into space?" Kane said "Eventually. Also, this thing is so clunky. You should update it." Tony sneered "I did. You took the 5th one I made."

Kane 'tsk'd' and said "What a pity. I'll do for now though, mind if I come get a new one later?" Tony chuckled and said "After you fix the hole in my roof, maybe. It's getting cold in here." Kane waved and said "Call a contractor? Also, did you find me yet, or are you actually interested in small talk."

Tony said "Not yet, you're pretty smart. Want a job?" Kane chuckled and said "For you? If you can find that guy who ran away form me, maybe." Tony chuckled and said "A little violent, no?" Kane grinned and said "I just want to rip his head off and eat it, other than that not that much. Speaking of eating, it's almost dinner time. Gotta cut our call short, kisses!" before ending the call and configuring his internet with several new firewalls and a signal scrambler.

Kane rolled back and said "Megan, can you connect to the rest of the building?" Megan hummed and said "If you make it possible for me~" Kane grabbed his tools and materials before getting to work on the base.

A week later

Kane sat back into his chair and said "Megan, connect to the network I made." Megan was silent for a few moments before saying "I'm in~ Also, I destroyed the intruding programs." Kane nodded and said "Good. Keep everything in a 2 mile radius secure. I don't need rats crawling around.."

Kane suddenly said "Capture that news clip and put it on monitor A." Megan did it and Kane looked at the clip before saying "Where is that?" Megan took a minute and said "Video source file is New Mexico, taken 2 days ago." Kane grabbed his new 'Stark' phone and said "Lock up after I leave Megan. Don't let anyone other than myself in."

Kane upgraded to a new phone, so Megan could be with him all the time. The only reason it was a 'Stark' phone was to piss Tony off, by hacking it to be un-detectable, un-traceable, and send Tony a prank text every few hours. The texts were the same but send from a myriad of different numbers.

Megan said "We're going out!! I'm so excited!" Kane chuckled and slid the phone into his pocket before grabbing a T-shirt and slippers, and walking out of the base.

Kane went to the underground fighting arena and bumped into the white haired girl again. Kane ignored her and said "Sorry." before getting a bit of deja vu. He stopped at looked at the woman before saying "Oh, its you." and walking away.

The whitehaired woman was stunned, he turned around and said "Hey! Why don't you watch where you're going, asshole!" Kane waved over his shoulder and ignored her, walking towards Chazz's office. The woman was absolutely livid, who dared to ignore her!?

She ran in front of Kane and pointed her chin up saying "Stop for me!" Kane sidestepped and walked around her muttering "I already said sorry.. jeez people these days.." the woman's face turned ugly and she ran up to him saying "Listen here! You bumped into me twice now! The next time, I'll cut you up!"

Kane stopped and his tone turned Ice-cold as he said "You sure about that, kitty cat? Maybe you won't even know how you died. Keep your claws to yourself and we won't have an issue." before continuing.

The woman turned green and grinded her teeth before stomping off saying "Bastard! I'll get you!" Kane ignored her and walked into Chazz's office.

Kane said "Chazz, tell Angel and Reiner, the base is ready, I fixed it up myself. The workshop is off limits, however. I'm leaving again." Chazz nodded and said "What about the fifth?" Kane sighed and said "I'll find a 5th eventually. Just start setting up, we'll roll with 4 for now, their share goes back into Purgatory. I don't know when I'll be back, see ya."

Kane turned around and walked out, he greeted Reiner and Angel and told them to go see Chazz before leaving the building.

When he left, the white haired woman poked her head out from the bathroom and looked at Angel and Reiner before narrowing her eyes and following them, secretly. Fortunately for her, neither Angel nor Reiner could learn Haki at all, Kane thought it was something special to him just like his mutant ability and forgot about it.

A few days later

Kane landed down in New Mexico. He took out his phone and said "Megan, where was the video taken, exactly." Megan responded "A small city out in the desert, around 40 miles from here." Kane put his phone back and said "Let's go, buddy." Venom covered him and they ran through the night towards the location Megan gave them.

A few hours later

Kane stopped outside a giant make-shift base with 'Shield' written on it. Kane rubbed his chin and jumped onto the top of the scaffolding, there was a big hole in the middle leading to the ground where a hammer was.

Kane looked around at all the agents and activated his power.

Suddenly, all the scaffolding, metal, equipment, and.. the hammer, flew towards him. Forming into giant metal arms, Kane smashed the building to pieces and fled into the night extremely quickly. The Shield agents were stunned and looked around before seeing the Hammer was gone!

Kane was far away from the agents and dropped all the metal, the hammer sifted through the metal and the head of the hammer touched Kane's skin. Kane growled and all of a sudden, his entire body started attracting metal, forming into a metal giant.

The Hammer glowed in the middle of his metal palm and Kane shook his arm trying to get it off.

After a while

Kane sat down and said "Fuck!" Venom covered the metal and said "What happened?" Kane said "This hammer is stimulating my powers, it unlocked the rest of my body but now it won't come off." Venom grabbed the hilt of the Hammer and pulled but he couldn't move it even a little bit.

Kane tried to grab with Venom but they were both hopeless.

Kane cursed "What the fuck is this hammer?" a voice sounded next to him "Mjolnir." Kane looked to the side and saw a man with two golden horns attached to a crown of sorts. Kane said "And you are?"

The man smiled "Loki, the god of mischief." Kane nodded and said "And you appeared next to me..." Loki said "Teleporting, naturally." Kane nodded and said "Great. Can you get the Hammer off me now?"

Loki shrugged and said "I cannot, only those who are worthy may wield Thor's Hammer. Though you seem to be a special case. I haven't seen a this before, which begs the question are you worthy or not?" Kane said "Obviously not, my body is attracting the metal that the hammer is made of."

Kane shook his hand but Mjolnir didn't move an inch. Loki said "Strange. What's even stranger, is a Klyntar on this planet." Venom said "You know us?" Loki made a strange sound with his mouth and Kane said "Venom, what's he doing?" Venom said "Speaking Klyntar."

Kane said "What's he saying" Venom said "He wants to know how I got here." Kane scoffed and said "Who is he to know? Tell him to scram, we have a problem right now." Loki coughed and said "I can hear you, you know. I'm speaking another language, not an idiot."

Kane rolled his eyes and said "Then scram, if you understand. What can I do with a Norse God? You're useless to me, if you can't get Mjolnir off of me." Loki choked and said "Watch your tone, mortal!" Kane whispered with Venom before lifting the hand with Mjolnir and slapping Loki, sending him flying away.

Kane watched him go and Venom said "That was easy." Kane snorted and said "Of course! I'm super strong!" Venom said "Oh. He's back." Loki reappeared and looked angry, he opened his mouth but before he could say anything, Kane slapped him again saying "Go find someone who can get Mjolnir off me!"

Loki teleported back and said "Damn mortal ant! I'll- Oh! Gotta go!" before disappearing. Kane looked at the spot he left and said "Did you see how he left?" Venom said "No, it's like he just disappeared into thin air." Kane frowned "Not even a portal?" Venom was silent, Kane frowned even harder "Strange, I didn't feel him next to us at all before..."

Venom said "He could've killed us, easily." Kane nodded and said "Need to get stronger." Venom agreed and a truck stopped near Kane. A tall blonde man walked out and stood in front of Kane saying "You there! The Klyntar! Unhand Mjolnir!"

Kane said "We would love to, but we can't get it off!" he put his palm in front of the man, holding Mjolnir's handle right at him. The man grabbed the handle but nothing happened, the man was confused and said "Why won't it come off?"

Kane said "Are you Thor?" Thor nodded and Kane said "Then why can't you take your own hammer!? Are you stupid or something?" Thor said "Hey! Who has Mjolnir stuck to them again?!" Kane scoffed and said "Some god you are..." Thor almost spit out blood.

A woman jumped out of the van and shouted "Ah a monster!" Kane said "We are Venom! Damn woman.." Thor pulled on Mjolnir with both hands but it wouldn't budge. Thor gave up and rubbed his chin saying "Maybe it's broken.."

Kane spit "You're broken! Maybe you're just not worthy anymore." Thor said "Impossible! I am Thor!" Kane deadpanned "You said that already..." Thor said "Of course.. It's my hammer, how could I not wield it?! You must've done something!"

Kane pointed at himself and said "Why would I take your hammer?" Thor said "It was definitely you! Take this heathen!" and he punched Kane, only to shake his fist in pain and say "You even took my powers!"

Venom said "This guy is an idiot." Kane responded "Definitely an idiot.."

Kane said "Hold on! Why are you on Earth? Aren't you supposed to be in... uhh.. where the fuck was it again.." Thor said "Asgaard." Kane nodded and said "Asgaard! Right aren't you supposed to be in Asgaard?"

The woman was stunned hearing the conversation between the giant monster and Thor, was Thor telling the truth? He really is the god of Thunder?!

Thor said simply "Odin banished me." Kane slapped his forehead and said "You were banished! Obviously, you can't take Mjolnir now! Idiot! You're mortal now! How stupid are you!?" he sighed and said "I'm fucked now.."

Kane took a deep breath and ignored Thor, who was having a panic attack, and analyzed his situation. He had Mjolnir sticking to him and his attraction was permanently on as of right now, what he needed to do was repel.

Kane opened his eyes and looked in the distance before saying "Go figure out why you're not worthy. People are coming, I'm leaving." he stood up and ran into the distance before disappearing.

Thor calmed down and returned to town with the woman, wondering how to make himself worthy again.

A few minutes after they all left

Agents swarmed the area and looked around, but found nothing.

Kane was hiding in a sand dune and sat cross legged with his eyes closed. Focusing on trying to repel instead of attract, since he could attract he should be able to reverse it. First he had to learn how to control his powers, he hadn't ever really thought about them. He just used them, but he only now realized he was barely scratching the surface of what he was capable of doing.

Slowly 3 days passed

Kane had to run into town and steal a bunch of water and food before having Venom eat it just so that he wouldn't die. This hammer was really kicking his ass.

On the 3rd day

Kane opened his eyes and said "Repel!" the metal flew off his body and so did Mjolnir. Kane cheered and said "Let's go. Before it comes back." Venom said "Agreed." before they both left.

A week later

Kane was back in his base and sitting in his lab. He summed up his powers, he could attract and repel but could he potentially control, outside of his body? He wanted to try but he didn't want to do it in the base. There were too many delicate metal objects.

Kane went outside the base and dragged a bunch of metal objects with him into the forest nearby.
