1 Chapter 1:

As the plane landed, all the security tried to control the crowd. A lot of fans have been waiting for his arrival, holding their placards, for almost an hour just to see him.

"Yes, Mike, as you can see, some of the fans of Kiel Calvin Lopez were waiting for him; some of them slept outside of the airport, and they are all standing here just to see their idol," the reporter said to her partner. The crowd suddenly chatted about his appearance.

Everyone stops when someone walks into the airport. His messy gray hair and blue eyes catch everyone's attention. Reporters were drooling over him, and his fans were screaming his name. He came back from a world tour.

Just like how he walks slowly, and the way his hair sways is so perfect. His body was too manly, and his lips, like he was talking to everyone, read each word that came out. It's too attractive to kiss.

"Kiel! Kiel!"

"Tell us about your world tour and what your fans can expect this year." He stopped walking and took off his eyeglasses. Now everyone sees his blue eyes as cold and serious.

"I experienced a lot, and the best thing was the meet and greet that I had with my fans and the delicious food from each country. Also, I will release my new album this year, along with a new drama and a movie." He smiled and started walking away from the crowd. The Securities are trying to get rid of his fans by coming closer to him.

"Kiel!" He waved at them and smiled before entering his car.

"Sir Kiel, your dad expects to get home."

"Tsk! Fine, and drop off my things at my condo. I will stay there while I am here." The driver nodded and started driving while Kiel put on his air pods and looked outside.

Kiel Calvin Lopez is known for being the top young billionaire actor and model and the oldest son of the chairman of the Lopez Group of Companies.

"Sir Kiel, I just picked up Ms. Kendall at her school." while looking in the rearview mirror. Kiel ignored him and just closed his eyes while listening to music.

The car stopped in front of Brent Academy as the car door opened.

"Brother!!!" Kendall said she would hug Kiel tight. He just tapped her head while closing his eyes.

"How's school? And it's just 1 p.m., and why are you going home?"

"Argh! Can't you see I want to be with you today, brother? You don't stay at home, and you went on a world tour for almost six months, yet you don't miss your little sister. How rude is that?" Kendall pouted her lips while winking at his brother.

"Fine, just be quiet. I want to take some rest before I talk to Dad. It's been ages since he talked to me seriously."

"Fine." Kendall pouted her lips while sleeping on his brother's shoulder. Kiel just sighed and went to sleep.

"Sir Kiel, Ms. Kendall, we are here," Albert said to stop the car. Kiel and Kendall opened their eyes and went out to the car. As they enter the mansion, the maids line up with bowed heads.

"Welcome back, Sir Kiel." Together, they said, Kiel's mom walking on their way and hugging him.

"Oh my gosh, son, I miss you a lot. You lose some weight, don't you?" She said this while looking at Kiel's face, all angled.

"Mom, I didn't lose weight."

"Oh my gosh, I miss you so much, son. Stay here again, please. Mom badly wants to catch up with you." His mom giggled and pinch Kiel's cheeks.

"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but you know I can't, mom." His mom looked disappointed; she walked away and went to the kitchen.

"Kiel, my son, how are you?" Kiel's dad taps his shoulder and looks at him.

"Fine dad."

"Let's eat before we catch up, and I have important things to talk about with you." He followed his father to the kitchen while looking at his phone. It's been a while since I landed, but Sloan didn't reply to my message. Kiel tried to call his girlfriend's phone.

"The number you dialed is not in service." Kiel put his phone back in his pocket and sat beside his mother.

"How was your trip, son?"

"Fine, a little tiring."

"Your career is on top; you know you don't need to do that, right? Be my successor and look after my company. About your girlfriend, I want you to break up with her." Kiel stopped eating when he heard his father's last statement and looked at his father.

"And why do you think I will do that? Breaking up with her is like committing suicide for me."

"Do you remember Richard Lim, my business partner, and my best friend? I heard his daughter was the same age as you, and we agreed to marry you." Kiel chuckled and smirked at his father.

"And that's your reason why I should agree to marry her. No way! "I love Sloan, and nothing can change the fact that I want to be with her for the rest of my life." Kiel stooped up, and his dad threw a photo in his face.

"That girl you are fighting for—look what she was doing while you were away for the world tour." Kiel picked up the pictures, saw Sloan kissing different guys, and went to the hotels. He cramped the photos.

"This is all Photoshop. I won't believe you. Sloan was a decent girl and a great actress; she won't need to do that." Kiel felt his knee weak and went down on the floor. His mom and sister try to stand by him.

"Believe me or not, son, I just showed you who she truly was. Marrying Odette was the best choice, and she was the best partner you could have."

"I will never marry her." I need to see Sloan and know if it's true." Kiel walked out of the dining room.

"Kiel, come back here!" Kiel's dad shouts and stomps his hand on the table.

"I won't marry her, you like it or not!" Kiel slammed the door and left. Kiel's dad looks worried and angry and sits in his chair.

Kiel grabbed his car keys and went out of the house. He is a bachelor, the first son, and the heir of the Lopez group of companies. His popularity among the girls is due to his being the dream guy they are all looking for. He is happily in love with her long-time girlfriend, Sloan Payne. They've been in a relationship for almost five years. They become phenomenal as a couple. even though Sloan was known for being an actress and model. Kiel supports her so much. Kiel is also known for being a young billionaire, not just because he is the son of Carter Lopez, but also because of her top-paid movies and albums and because she is the top ambassador of luxury brands. His net worth is almost three billion dollars.

Kiel started his car and drove fast in his Lamborghini. His phone started ringing, and I looked back at him in the driveway. He smirked and drove on the way to Sloan's condo. as he gets out of his car. He saw a lot of reporters surrounding the Sloan condominium building. He fixes his coat and ties before he walks into the crowd of reporters.

"Kiel, what can you say about the rumors spreading that Sloan was three months pregnant? even though you were not here in the past six months."

"Kiel, what can you say about the issue?"

"You will get married, and Sloan is not the bride."

"How does it happen that you cheat on Sloan?"

"Is there a third party?"

"Kiel, who is the girl you will get married to?"

"Kiel, answer us." Kiel was about to answer the reporter's question when Sloan grabbed his arms.

"Let's talk." He looked at Sloan and saw her belly with a small bump. and he knew what was happening. They reach Sloan's condo.

"Kiel, I have something to tell you." Kiel put his finger on Sloan's lips.

"I knew you were pregnant. But I didn't know what I did wrong for you to cheat on me." Sloan looks down and starts crying. Kiel wipes her tears.

"Sorry, Kiel, you didn't do anything wrong. In the past six months, you went on a world tour. I kept myself busy by going to the bar, where I met some guys who accompanied me. And there's one guy with whom I had a one-night stand. Kiel, I'm sorry, but I think we need to break up." Kiel laughed like crazy, looked at Sloan, and held her hand.

"Tell me, what did dad do to you to tell me those kinds of lies? Tell me!"

"Kiel, please let go of me; your dad, don't do anything about this." Sloan let go of Kiel's hand and left. The flash of the camera was waiting when the door opened. Kiel was left alone in the room, surrounded by reporters. He tried to escape from all the reporters and went back to his car. He knew there was something about it. He reached their house and slammed the door. His father was waiting on the couch while drinking whisky.

"Tell me where and when I will meet Odette." His dad smiled and went to him to tap his shoulder.

"Think about it, son. What did I tell you about that woman? She was not even from an affluent family and just used you to be famous. She just uses you because you have a name and a big fish to catch."

"Just tell me where I'll be and when I'll be there."

"I'll set up the meeting right away." His mom went to him and tried to calm him.

"Son, calm yourself before deciding what you will do. I know it hurts you so much, but making choices without proper thought will cause big trouble. "I know you are better than this; you just got hurt." She hugged Kiel and tapped his back.

"I know what I'm doing, mom, and I won't regret it."

"You should stay here instead of going to your condo and letting the news flash away." Kiel nodded and went upstairs to his room, locking himself inside. He looked at his phone while remembering what they had done before.

Flashback*

"Babe, wake up!" He felt someone shaking him, and he slightly opened his eyes and saw his girlfriend wearing an apron.

"What a beautiful morning when you are the first person I see every day." He pulled Sloan onto his bed and kissed her all over her face.

"Argh! Babe, brush your teeth first." Kiel tickled Sloan while kissing her.

"Why is my breath bad? You don't love me anymore if I have bad breath." Sloan laughed and looked at him.

"I always do love you, no matter what your breath smells like. I love you even though your hair turned white." She slowly kissed his lips.

"But first, baby, get off the bed, and we still have a pictorial today. I don't want to be late." She stood up and fixed herself.

"Fine, but kiss me first, my queen." She kissed him all over his face, and they both blushed.

"Someday I will marry you and take care of you and our future child." Kiel kissed her hand.

"But now, Mr. Kiel Calvin Lopez, let's get ready, so get off your bed." Kiel stood up and grabbed his towel and robe before going to the bathroom. He looked at her and pulled her closer.

"Why don't we save water instead? Join me, babe."

"You pervert, no, I'm still cleaning your condo." They laugh and Sloan pinches his cheek, going out of Kiel's room. Kiel shakes his head.

"That girl makes me head over heels for her." He went to the bathroom.

He went out of the bathroom and picked up his polo shirt and trouser pants. Sloan knocks on the door.

"Babe, are you done?"

"Yup, babe, I'll be there in a minute." He brushed up his gray hair and went out to his room. Seeing Sloan, who is wearing simple skinny pants and a t-shirt,

"You know what, babe? Even when you wear simple clothes, you make them look expensive. And yet you just pony your hair. What a lovely girl my girlfriend was!" He chuckled and was about to kiss Sloan, but instead, he kissed the hotdog.

"Let's have breakfast first before anything else."

Kiel pulled the chair; Sloan was looking at him, and Kiel served the hotdogs, pancakes, and bacon to Sloan's plate.

"Thank you, babe."

As they started eating, he noticed Sloan was looking at the time. He held his hand.

"Don't worry, I'm with you; they won't get mad, okay, trust me." Kiel cupped Sloan's face and kissed her forehead. She nodded at him. They finished eating, and Kiel stood up, picked up the plates, and went to the kitchen.

"I'll do the dishes, babe. I don't want my queen to get wet. Maybe in bed." Kiel winked at Sloan, who chuckled.

"You're a naughty guy, babe. Fine, I'll wait for you."

As he finished the dishes, he hugged her from behind and kissed her cheeks.

"Let's go, my queen." He held her hand as they walked out. People from the condo were looking at them. They are known as the phenomenal love team because of their blockbuster movies and top-rated dramas. When they reach the parking lot, he unlocks the car and opens the car door.

"Ladies first."

"How sweet you are, babe." Kiel closed the door and went to the driver's door.

"Let's slay the pictorial, my queen." He held her hand while driving. Sloan played "Here with me."

"You like that song very much, babe."

"I felt the lyrics, especially when it came to the chorus. Because I don't care how long it takes, I will fight and love you for the rest of my life, babe. Just stay with me."

"And I promise no matter what happens, I'll choose you, and I will always believe you, my queen." Kiel smiled, and Sloan kissed her cheeks.

Kiel took a deep breath and sighed, but now what happens to us, my queen? I thought you would love me until the end. until my hair turned gray. But here we are; we will take separate paths from now on. His hand trembled as he deleted their photos.

"I will love you always, my queen." He kissed her photo and hugged his phone. He canceled deleting their photo, opened his social media, and saw Sloan's name trending.

"A fame-wearing cheater, our Kiel doesn't deserve you. He doesn't deserve to be cheated. You bitch, get lost in his life." One of the posts I saw said she may have cheated on me, but I know the past 8 years were real, and I felt that. He took the bottle of whisky and sat in the corner of the bed. Kiel started pouring the whisky into his mouth.

"I wish this was just a nightmare, my queen. I hope when I wake up tomorrow, your face will be the one I see. "I hope this pain I'm feeling right now will fade." Tears started to drop in his eyes as he looked at the floor.

"I love you, my queen, forever."
