Inside the Belmont Club, Sebastian Swinton and Tobias Perkins had already drunk quite a bit.
Tobias had started to control his intake early on, so he was completely sober now. In his subconscious mind, getting drunk with another man at the pub was an inappropriate thing to do.
But Sebastian didn't seem to care, pouring alcohol into his stomach regardless of how much he had already consumed, one glass after another.
Tobias, you reckon it's because I'm not handsome enough, not impressive enough?" Sebastian grabbed Tobias's collar, forcing their faces close together.
"How can Roxy only remember you and not me?" Sebastian was bothered by this, "Weren't the three of us growing up together?"
"Watch your language, Sebastian." Tobias removed Sebastian's hand from his collar and patted it disdainfully.
"We went to school together for at most two years. Don't make it sound so low-class."
