Chapter 408: Worried 2

Nicole was set for the day's work, she sat at the edge of the bed as she wore her shoes.

Raymond sighed "Nicole, I want to go with you" he said as he held pulled away the sheets and supporting him self to get up.

Resting his head on the head board "it not safe for you to go alone, I need to go with you" he added.

Nicole turned to her side, her face shined and a smile did the rest "Ray, you are awake" she said as she stood up and walked around, staring at her shoes.

"Have a look at these, do I look like a CEO?" She asked Raymond whose mind was not obviously in what she was saying, what he wanted to hear was her saying that he should follow her.

He put his feet on the floor, wearing his flops he stood up as he walked up to her.

"Nicole you look great in every attire you wear, but do you not think that this is too exposing" he said as he held her hand and turned her around.

It was a body fit dress and then he did not like it's look on her.

"But darling, you just said it looked good and that any thing I wear looks great on me, what happened now?" Nicole insisted, as she bent down staring at her self wondering what went wrong.

"Your curves are exposed and I would not want the staffs drooling and looking for opportunity to always stare at you..... I am the only man who should see those you remember right?" He asked her.

Knowing that she would not allow him to go along with her, he needed to try some thing else. He never trusted his step brother because he could do any thing to get to him.

Nicole cocked her head as she looked directly at him "what do you want me to do darling?, I can not afford to be late on my first day as a CEO.... You know it is not a good impression" she asked already getting impatient, she raised her head and stared at the clock but then luckily she had nothing less than an hour left to get to the company.

Some how, Raymond looked up at the clock as well and she could hear him take a deep breath.

"I want you to change in to some thing free, not fitted, and not short. Try putting on a trouser suit_ it will fit you than this" Raymond suggested.

"What!!????" Nicole screamed.

"This is all about your jealousy, come on I gave been wearing clothes like this to the office and no one dares to look my ways because they always ended up in a critical condition.... as a man, I would call their wives and report them straight on but the ladies are free to drool" She said as she flipped her hair.

"Sweetheart, I am not jealous, I am only trying to protect you" Raymond said and that was not a lie.
