Chapter 400: Together

"I would not be sitting here in front of you if you had not drove up to my house to take care of me.... I want to thank you for every thing...." At this point, Annabelle cut in to his speech.

"Heyy, what is with all these? Why are you talking like you are going to leave me any moment from now? are you planning on leaving me?" She asked in a solemn tone, she hoped that he was not planning on doing that.

Luca looked up at her, "no I do not plan on doing that, never" he assured her.

But then there was a question he had been dying to ask her, but then he was always waiting for the right time because he did not want to piss her off it misuse his opportunity to speak with her but then get feel like this was the right time to ask her, at that moment, he wanted to know what he was to her, what they were.

"Annabelle?" He called her name and he felt her looked stare at him.

"Get it off your chest" she said to him, to him it was more like maybe she probably know what he thing running through his mind.. he raised his head and stared at her.

"I do not mean for this to sound akward but there is this thing running through my mind every day" he paused as he tried to avoid any eye contact with her.

"I want to know what you feel about me? I want to know if you like me, If you have some thing up there in your heart for me or if we just have this boss and receptionist relationship" Luca said finally getting it off his mind.

Annabelle walked around so she could stand in front of him, and then there she was standing in front of him, she bent down, resting her hand in his laps to balance her self.

"Luca, what we have" she said as she pointed at the both of them "between us, what we share is not a boss and receptionist relationship, what we have is greater than that and I do not see you as just any one or as some one who works as in the reception, you are some one I will cherish for the rest of my life" she said out her mind. Fondling with the rim of her dress and holding his hands in hers, she spoke nervously but she did not mind because she had always wanted to let him know that he meant mire than that to her.

Luca looked down at her to see her clearly and watch her lips to make sure that his eyes were not failing him and at least he could see her lips clearly and damn she was really saying it, he meant some thing more that a receptionist to her.
