Chapter 111: Morning before the Surgery

All he wanted was actually a successful operation and he dare not allow the absence of his wife make things worse for him.

" Okay doctor Hassami, I perfectly understand what you are trying to say and i will work some thing out " Mr Gavriel said to the Hassami as his mind race through different thoughts.

" Okay Mr Gavriel, I will be expecting to see you and your wife at the hospital... " Doctor Hassami said and Mr Gavriel nodded his head in affirmation.

" There is nothing to worry about Doctor and thank you for this wonderful information, I will do some thing about it and I know the operation will be successful " Mr Gavriel said with a tone of confidence all over him. 

" Yes.. Toast to a successful operation, I will be hanging up now, expecting you soon " Doctor Hassami said.

" Okay.. have a nice day.. " Mr Gavriel said as he hanged up and dropped his phone on the floor as he sat at the edge of the bed and raced his hand through his hair as a result of been confused, he did not know what to do now, where would he find his wife and even though he found his wife she would never give in to go visit their daughter at the hospital.

Not knowing what to do, he got up from the bed and walked towards the bathroom, as he stood under the shower and let the water pour on his already sweating skin.

Beside Sarah was a bowl with contained a large amount of foamy water in it and a towel on her hand as she sat down close to Karina.

She put in a part of the towel inside the bowl and brought it out as she pressed out the water and rubbed it on the little girl's body.

She was cleaning up Karina in preparation for the surgery, the little girl was still unconscious and it has been three days now, she hoped it does not get more serious than it currently is now.

Her phone beeped and she dropped the towel and went to check who the caller was and then she picked up the call and placed it closer to her ear.

She did not say any thing as she listened attentively to what the caller was saying.

" Okay, I will be there soon " Sarah replied as she hanged up the call and kept the phone back on the table as she quickly rushed to finish up with cleaning little Karina's body after which she dressed her up and then she carried the bowl and poured out the water in it and hanged the towel on the hanger, then she picked up her jacket and walked out of the room in a hurry.

As she rushed out of the room and ran through the stairs she ran into Phillip.

" Good morning Sarah " Phillip greeted her.

" Good morning to you Phillip " she responded.

" Where are you in such a hurry to go this morning? " Phillip asked and Sarah was mute for some seconds.

" Ohh, I have some I need to take care and please help me watch over little Karina till I am back please " Sarah pleaded and Phillip nodded in affirmation.
