I rolled my eyes at Claire when she looked at me.

“Claire, where’s Kienzo?” Enzo asked her and kissed her cheeks.

Psh!

“There, I run away from him.” She giggled.

“Just kidding! He is on the farm, and he is doing something. He sent me here and told me he would pick me up later. Kiki is rich; he has a big, huge and wide farm.”

“You just know about it now?” I join them and raise my left eyebrow at her.

Enzo looks at me.

“Yea!” Claire giggled laughs.

Enzo is still looking at me. That’s why I glared at him too—such a womanizer.

“Enzo, I have a joke. I will tell you about this because Kiki is so serious; he doesn’t know how to laugh.” Claire roared. Even our neighbors can hear her.

“Why is dark spelled in letter K, not in letter C?”

I stopped eating the durian that Enzo bought from Davao.

Enzo hadn’t answered yet when Claire had already told the answer.

“Because you can’t C in the dark.” Claire laughs.

There’s nothing funny about it.
