Samantha was now in front of Liliana’s apartment complex when her phone suddenly rang in her pocket. She pulled it out of her pocket to take a look at the caller id only to scoff inwardly at it.
“Soon to be Husband? Seriously!”
“What else do you call your soon to be husband? Hmm, fiancé?”
She moved ahead towards the apartment complex while keeping the conversation going, a faint blush creeping on her cheeks. She moved in the elevator and entered the floor number on the dial pad. All along humming a song incoherently.
“Who said you are my soon to be husband, let alone fiancé?”
“Wow I am so hurt right now. Is this the way you will talk to me? Your husband? The father of your children!”
“What are you talking about now? And tell me something where did that rude bastard from twenty minutes go?”
“Hey! Not my fault that our first meeting went like this, but you can at least give me another chance.”
