In the hospital it's been a week since the incident. Jake let things sink in before he could confront the family. The fact that Lilian and her mother had planned to trick him made him turn ice-cold.

He stood before the Rogers mansion holding a document in his hands. They had to pay for what they had done. He had decided to go confront them himself.

The doorbell rang as Juliet opened only to reveal Jake.

"What are you doing here? Is it not enough that you had our daughter hospitalized and losing your baby? What kind of man are you?" She asked in spite.

Jake smirked, he could at least give it to them for their acting skills. Anyone in his situation would be convinced, but not him. He knew them for who they were.

"Tell your husband am here to see him," Jake stated ignoring all her laments.

"Honey, who is at the door?" Mr. Rogers asked wondering what had kept his wife so long at the door.
