Selene checked her phone once again, still no messages or calls. Her husband's phone had been offline for the last week and still was. She had long waited for the twins' birthday to have him come home, but there was no sign nor hope of having him around.

Feeling frustrated, Selene went to look for Foster who had been spending time at his office in the mansion. She hadn't seen him the whole day, everything on the party's preparation had already arrived.

Pushing the half opened door gently hearing no sound on the inside. The scattered papers on the desk and still, open laptop screen indicating that he was there a while ago.

Selene huffed as she shrugged her shoulders as she decided to put the papers together.

A weak smile appeared on her face as she related Jake's behavior to his father's having papers scattered everywhere in the office.

As she stocked them together, she caught something at the corner of her eye, making her gasp in shock.
