Chapter 85

Jess was sitting in front of Ariel, oddly quiet.

That evening, they were in a park, sitting aside and watching others enjoy their walks with either their loved ones or children.

Ariel had been the one to call Jess and invite her out. She needed somewhere to go since she couldn't be in the same house as Moon.

She had refused to leave after Aiden asked her to be friends with her; Moon became coy and started to sit beside Aiden, leaning her body against his at the slightest opportunity she got.

That wasn't what Ariel wanted for her mental health; she hated it when it was very obvious how manipulating someone was yet there was someone who refused to see that part of her. It irritated her to the core, so instead of staying in the house and watching something annoying, she preferred to come out to the park and breathe the fresh air and enjoy the good sights too.
