What's Going On

Fu Ge was in the study dealing with some backlog of work.

When he was done, he realized that it was already very late.

He was a little thirsty, so he went downstairs to drink some water. Suddenly, he felt something and went to open the door. He happened to see Qin Jianxi opening the door with a person on her back.

He was shocked.

He hurriedly walked over and asked, "Xixi, what's going on?"

"Let's go in first." Just then, the door opened and Qin Jianxi walked in with the person on her back.

After Fu Ge saw her go in, he quickly followed.

When he saw Xixi carry the woman to the second bedroom on the second floor, he quickly went forward and put her on the bed.

He lowered his head and took a glance. That was when he saw that the person on the bed was skinny and bony. Her face was so sunken that it was almost out of shape. She looked like a refugee.

"She..."

Qin Jianxi said in a deep voice, "She's my mother, Zhu Zhongjun."
