Chapter 97 Weird Family (2)

Hu'er sickness came and went. She was so embarrassed with how she acted back then. However, all of them didn't mind it or talked about it so Hu'er is relieved.

Also, everyone in her family suddenly changed. They become health conscious. Rest when it's time to rest and eat when it's time to eat.

Before sunrise, all of their family will run until the sun has risen. Then, they would eat, and take a bath before going to work. Half of them would come back before the early dish to eat. The other half will be back on the early dish. After eating, they would go back to work. It's the same with the late dish. Everyone should be home when the sun has set.

They stick to their schedule even though the Tribe leader has put down a schedule for all the beastman. Today is the start of the day when all Fox beastman will also use their own schedule.

Hu'er and her family weren't given any work or merit points for this idea but it was used to block females' and beastmen's mouths. Because until now, they are unconvinced why Hu'er's family has the whole end of the northern side of the tribe. Now, they can't say anything. Especially, there is one physician from their family who would check all females' and beastmen's health every five days.

Hu'er is waiting at the gates of the West side of the Tribe. Her Daddies will come back today. She wanted to wait for them here. Hu'er future mates as well as her Daddies; Jiu Hu, Chen Bin, Wu Yang, Min He, and Lu Yang are accompanying her.

The three traders, Jia Ting, Qiang Li, and Yun He all joined the trading group, the day Hu'er got sick. It's been ten days already, just in time for them to come back.

Jiu Hu looks at the sun. It's going down already. "Hu'er it's sunset. We agreed that you can only wait until sunset."

Hu'er looks at her Dada. She looked at the forest desperately and said, "But— Daddies!" Her eyes shine and run out.

Before she could fully go out the gates, Jiu Hu immediately got her clothes. Stopping her from going out. "No. Don't run out. Wait here." It's very dangerous. Although they are all here and the traders are near them, they don't want to risk it.

"We will go and help them." Except for Xin Hua, Jiu Hu, and Min He, they all went there to help the traders bring the things they have.

They watched them help the traders. The traders look happy and the things they bought are much more than in the past seasons.

Jia Ting didn't wait for them to finish talking and went ahead to the gates, holding a big basket in his bag and dragging a cart that he traded from Panda Tribe. "Hu'er." 

"Daddy Jia Ting!" Hu'er beamed!

She was about to ask something when Jia Ting nodded and said, "Hmm… We'll talk later."

"En." Then she saw her Daddies walking towards the gate. "Daddies! I cooked food! I—but it's not hot anymore…" She cooked the meat and some soup midday but it was already sunset. The food must be cold already.

"It's alright. We can reheat it." Yun He smiles gently at her. They miss Hu'er quite a lot. Now, that she cooked for them, they would eat it, bad or good, it doesn't matter. Hu'er cooked it for them.

"Yes. I would like to taste Hu'er's cooking." Dong Fang grinned at her and waved. They didn't touch or get near Hu'er as they are very dirty and smelly.

"Let's go! Let's go home!" Hu'er dragged Jiu Hu and ran home, not waiting for them. She wants to reheat it now so when they come it will be done.

"It's so good to have a daughter. My sons would definitely not wait for me with food ready," Qiang Li's friend lamented.

Qiang Li scoffed. But his eyes are so proud to have a daughter like Hu'er.

Jiu Hu and Min He took some of the things Jia Ting was holding. "Those will go to our storehouse. The Tribe portion has already been given, so we can go home with that," Jia Ting explained. They nodded.

Soon they arrived at the Tribe Leader's house. "You guys can go home, I'll stay with the traders to get our portion," Shui Lan volunteered. They all agreed and went ahead.

Traders will get some portions especially when they trade more than the expected number. So, not only would they have two thousand points for ten days of trading, but they would also have food and stuff. Being a trader sure is good but of course, it is accompanied by more dangerous situations.

Min He stayed and helped Shun Su who will count all the things that have been traded and checked the list. Just so Shu Su could go home earlier and Hu'er wouldn't worry.

While Hu'er's Daddies are going home they are talking and updating each other, "Is the storehouse from our new place done?"

"Yes." Jiu Hu nods. The meat he is holding is quite a lot. He is now thinking about what Hu'er wants to eat tomorrow.

"What houses are not yet built?" Yu He asked. When they all left, only their house and a part of the storehouse had been built.

Lu Yang listed it, "Just where the students will live, where they will study, the wild animal house, and the main house, the one in front."

"So it's… Hu'er small house, our house, her future mates' house, the big storehouse are all done." Yun He nods.

"And the land where we can farm for food." Jiu Hu added. He then thought, 'It seems like they will be finished before winter comes. Next season they will build the wall.'

They were then all happily greeted by Hu'er. "Daddies, welcome home~ The food is ready!" She hopped on their side and asked, "Do Daddies want hot water for a bath."

"No need." Jia Ting went towards the food. They haven't eaten yet all day to rush home.

"Thank you, Hu'er." Everyone couldn't help but smile. 'It's so good to have such a daughter.'
