Chapter 43: Lord Trunkus

I saw Cabiov drag me back to town. I saw Xuro petting Froata as she was healing. " Screw that bastard! ", Cabiov yelled.

" That bastard is my father! ", Froata yelled. Froata slowly pulled out a Fragna-gun out of her pocket. Cabiov swiftly pulled out a Fragna-gun he took from the palace.

Froata pointed the gun at me. " give me one reason not to blow his brains! ", Froata yelled. Xuro wasn't doing anything to save me. " He is your only hope. ", Cabiov responded. They both slowly put their guns in their pock-

BLAM!

Cabiov shot Froata in the stomach. " Fro! ", Xuro screamed. " Terant give me the medical supplies! ".

I couldn't help. I was still laying down. I shut my eyes and went to sleep.

In my head I kept on hearing a voice saying.

" Lord Trunkus! ",

Ovet and over.

I woke up to see Cabiov's leg sliced off as well as his nose broken. Xuro and Froata were gone. I saw a note written by Xuro

Terant and Cabiov, Me and Froata are gonna settle on a farmland for the rest of our lives. Hope Cabiov gets better and so do you.

I'm not really mad at the note he left. He did it out of love. I personally would not mutilate my friends for a girl, though.

I got up and got to work on a new leg for Cabiov.
