Chapter "New Beginning"

Hikaru was sleeping on a bed with a blanket over his face when his sleep was disturbed by the heavy rain and the sound of thunder. The boy sat up, rubbed his eyes sleepily, and then looked at the wall clock, thinking to himself, "It's morning already. There's still three hours left before school. Damn this rain!" He stood up, walked towards his window, opened it, and glanced at the rainy weather and as he was about to close it, he realized some people were shifting their stuff to a house in front. Hikaru looked at them and thought, "Why are they shifting in such rain?" He made an annoyed face at them and closed the window.

He then started walking towards his room door, still half-asleep. Opening the door, he saw his elder sister sitting in front of her laptop. She glanced at Hikaru teasingly and said, "Wow, how did you wake up this early? Is it because of the rain or are you changing your lifestyle?" Hikaru glanced at her, then turned and took a step, stepping on Legos on the ground. He trembled and slipped, falling on his face. As he fell, he saw lots of Legos in front of him. Hikaru's eyes widened, his face smashing into the Legos, blood starting to come out. He began to lose consciousness, hearing his sister screamimg saying, "Motherrr Fatherrrr quick! He's bleeding! Fatheeer? no! he's losing too much blood!" Then, Hikaru blacked out, confirming his death.

Hikaru quickly opened his eyes, sitting up on his bed, gasping heavily. He was in his room again, and it was raining. Hikaru looked at the wall clock; there was still three hour left before school. Controlling his breathing, he stood up, opened the window, and saw the same people shifting their stuff, doing exactly what he had seen before. Hikaru shook his head in disappointment, closed the window, and walked towards his door. As he opened the door, he saw his sister in the same position, teasingly saying, "Wow, how did you wake up that early? Is it because of the rain or are you changing your lifestyle?" Ignoring her, Hikaru turned to his left but stopped and looks down seeing Legos on the floor. He sighed, sat down, and started collecting them, saying, "Yamada, just stop spreading your toys all over the place." His 10-year-old brother came running, apologizing, and helped Hikaru collect his toys. They put all the toys in a bucket, and Hikaru listlessly walked towards the bathroom.

After some time, Hikaru, his parents, his elder sister, and younger brother were sitting at the breakfast table. His father ask, "Why did you waked up soo early there's still two hours left in your class, and your sister class is in hour, now how am i suppose to drop both of you at different timing?" Hikaru indifferently replied, "No need; I'll go by myself." His father asked, "Are you sure? Because it might start raining again at any time." Hikaru nodded. His mother then asked, "Well, do you all know we have new neighbors?" Hikaru's sister said, "Yes, I saw them, but why are they moving in such rain?" The father explained, "The rain came unexpectedly, and I guess they didn't want to change their plans." The mother suggested, "Don't you think we should invite them for dinner?" Hikaru was eating his breakfast without interest. The father replied, "That's a great idea. Let's invite them tonight." The sister exclaimed, "Amazing! I hope they have a daughter the same age as me." The little brother Yamada added, "They have a daughter, but she's the same age as Hikaru." Everyone glanced at Hikaru, who was still eating.

"How do you know?" the sister asked the Yamada smiled and said, "I know everything." The mother smiled and said, "That's great, Hikaru. You should make her your friend then." Hikaru stopped eating, stood up, picked up his bag, and went in his room locking the door and his family watched him with disappointment

After two hours Hikaru came out of his house with his bicycle and started riding through his town. In his journey he saw people having fun, children playing, and some watering plants, all were happy. However, Hikaru just rode, ignoring them all. Suddenly, he saw a cat on the main road. As he observed, a truck came and struck the cat, killing the poor cat ruthlessly. People who witnessed the scene screamed, and Hikaru also stopped his bicycle.
