Leaving the Jungle

It was a bright day, sunlight illuminated the Earth and everything shined clean after bathing in the rain last night. The beasts came out of their shelters and started to enjoy the great weather.

On a huge tree, a tall and handsome boy could be seen standing. His clothes were worn out and his face filled with dust. He was looking at the clear sky with his pure and bright eyes. On his shoulder, a small beast could be seen looking at the forest in fondness.

Samad had been trying to master the flying ability that he got after breaking through in the King Class. But it was not as easy as he thought it would be. Controlling the energy to create wind pressure to raise his body from the ground, and keeping his balance while protecting the body from the strong winds, proved to be quite a challenge. To complete this challenge he needed to control his energy at an amazing level.

This required him to put a lot of effort into practicing his flying ability since last night. After hundreds of failure that he suffered in the past fourteen hours, he has at least gotten the ability to raise his body and move around in slow pace, but the maneuvering in the air was still a little difficult from him.

"Sigh! Flying is really difficult..", said Samad, as he looked at his feet, not knowing that what he has accomplished in just a few hours, might take weeks for others to do.

Billa looked at him and rolled his eyes as if showing disdain towards this arrogant human.

"But at least I am ready enough to cross these mountains", muttered Samad as he raised his head to look at the tall mountains.

Samad looked at the cave below him, where he has been living for the past few months and the jungle where his only neighbors in this godforsaken place lived. He felt a little nostalgic but soon he cleared his mind and said,

"Billa! It's time we get going."

Billa looked at Samad and nodded his small head.

Samad took a look at the jungle for one last time and began to fly up toward the top of the mountains.

After flying higher and higher, Samad and Billa started to look around as if enjoying the bird's view of the jungle below them. They saw as the huge jungle began to shrink and shrink as they flew upwards.

Seeing everything from a high place made them feel like gods that are overlooking everything.

But as they raised in altitude, Samad's eyes began to widen as he stared at shock at the jungle below. What he saw made him terrified and panicked.

What he saw from above was a jungle that looked like a face, a face so terrifying that it sent shivers down Samad's spine. The huge lake seems like small bindi on the forehead of that horrifying face and two giant craters looked like its giant eyes.

After witnessing that sight, Samad felt as the huge mountains were actually confining that face, hiding it from the outside world. Samad suddenly felt the urge to just teleport away from this creepy place but alas he did not have the skill to do it. So, he quickly flew upwards towards the mountain top.

While Samad was facing a sense of emergency, Billa was casually looking around as if enjoying the free ride. Samad felt helpless after noticing how carefree that guy was.

Soon, Samad sighed in relief as he felt the fear clutching his heart, lessen a bit. He had finally crossed the roof made of wet clouds and reached the mountaintop. The mountains were completely dry without any vegetation growing on them. Some might even say that the tall mountains were bald.

Samad didn't land on the mountain but began to fly across them. Samad was feeling a little light-headed because of the low oxygen on the high altitude and decided to avoid wasting time on the mountains. So, he decided to just quickly escape from this place and finally meet the fellow humans.

He had to admit that he was missing those evil creatures.

Samad kept flying for a while and began to feel a little weakness as he was wasting a lot of energy due to his immature skills in controlling it while flying. But as he was starting to get annoyed, he saw the huge mountains finally left behind.

He turned his face around and looked at the mountains for the one last time.

He still wondered how these mountains were created, was it a huge earthquake that formed them or was it some God? But sadly no one could answer this question for him. So, he gave up on wasting his time thinking on this foolish question and began to descend down.

As he got closer and closer to the earth, he saw a beautiful terrain filled with greenery and the brilliant touch of the mother nature. The birds were flying around singing in their beautiful voices and the trees danced around in the wind. The dazzling water of the river that cuts through the earth added a silver lining to the peaceful and brilliant view.

Samad felt peaceful just by seeing this beautiful picture, the scene in front of him, made him feel cheerful and happy. But what made him excited was a small piece of land where there was no grass or trees and looked kind of barren. This made it look like a stain on a masterpiece but instead of making Samad annoyed, this stain turned him joyful as he began to think,

"That barren land must be where humans live, after all, only humans will ever think of destroying this beautiful nature...hahaha"

Samad chuckled as he rushed towards that land, feeling excited by the thought of finally meeting humans. But let's not forget the cute beast on his shoulder who was pouting in annoyance as Samad acted like he totally forgot about it. But it felt better again as it felt its master excitement and its eyes began to shine looking forward to what's about to come.

(stupid rambling starts)

The SRS document that I have to make for my class assignment is really getting on my nerves. Finding use cases and writing FR's really puts a strain on my poor brain.
